What I liked most about the firm initially was the simplicity of their rules and onboarding process. The platform was easy to use, and the 1% risk rule seemed straightforward and easy to follow based on how it was presented on the website. I also appreciated the opportunity to access funded capital and the overall structure, which appeared trader-friendly at first. However, my experience changed when I realized that the way the rules are enforced does not fully align with how they are presented.
What I liked least about the firm was the lack of clarity and consistency in how key rules were defined and enforced. The 1% risk rule, which is fundamental to trading on the account, was not clearly defined on the website in terms of how risk is actually calculated. However, when it came to enforcement, a specific method (stop-loss-based calculation) was applied—even though it was not explicitly stated in the rules. Additionally, there were inconsistencies in communication, including different explanations of how risk is measured and delayed enforcement of what was described as a “hard breach.” Overall, the biggest issue was the gap between how the rules are presented and how they are actually enforced, which makes it difficult for traders to operate with full transparency and confidence.

This reflects the maximum loss the trade is intended to carry at the time of execution and is therefore used by the risk monitoring system to determine whether the trade exceeds the permitted risk threshold. Regarding the 1% Risk Restriction introduced on March 30, the purpose of that update was to strengthen risk management practices during periods of heightened market volatility. The rule did not redefine how risk is calculated; rather, it ensured that trades have a clearly defined risk parameter in place shortly after entry. This helps both the trader and the risk monitoring system identify the intended maximum exposure for the trade. Honestly, there was nothing positive in my experience. The platform failed in the most critical area of trading, which is risk clarity. When a firm cannot provide consistent and transparent drawdown information, it becomes impossible to trust or rely on it.
The biggest issue was the unreliable dashboard and lack of clear drawdown visibility. This directly impacted my trading decisions and led to significant losses. Even after reporting the issue multiple times, there was no proper or timely resolution. Instead of fixing the root problem, I was offered a smaller account as a compromise, which did not solve anything. This raises serious concerns about system reliability, transparency, and fairness.
