The Head of Futures owns the end-to-end development, quality, and growth of the futures category at PFM, ensuring it becomes the most trusted, accurate, and insightful resource for futures prop trading globally. This role is responsible for setting the standard for how futures firms are researched, compared, presented, and understood - combining deep domain expertise with strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate insights into high-impact content and product improvements.
At Prop Firm Match, the IB Specialist plays a key role in driving revenue growth by building and optimizing broker partnerships. You will develop relationships with brokers, position PFM effectively within the broker ecosystem, and create strategies that maximize commissions and long-term partnership value. The Futures Researcher is a research-focused role dedicated exclusively to futures prop trading markets. In this role, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and structure of futures prop firm data, while continuously producing high-quality research and insights that support traders and internal teams. You will track developments across the futures prop trading ecosystem, monitor firm changes, and translate market and industry activity into clear, actionable intelligence.

The Head of Development owns PFM's engineering organization end-to-end — writing code, making architectural decisions, and bridging engineering with company leadership. You lead from the front, set the technical bar, and drive consistent delivery in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change rapidly.
Build, maintain, and scale reliable automations and AI-powered workflows that streamline operations across Prop Firm Match. This role turns ideas into production-grade systems using n8n, Python/TS, and API integrations, ensuring high reliability, observability, and measurable business impact.
At Prop Firm Match, this role exists to strengthen the accuracy, reliability, and control of our financial records. You will support the accounting function by ensuring transactions are correctly recorded, reconciled, and reviewed, helping the team maintain clean, audit-ready books at all times. Beyond data entry, this role is about acting as a second layer of financial control — identifying inconsistencies early, reducing errors, and supporting compliance across accounting processes.
Own and scale the core data platform that powers reporting, attribution, product analytics, reconciliation, AI workflows, and company-wide decision-making at PFM. Turn fragmented raw data into reliable, reusable business intelligence layers that enable faster decisions and scalable automation.
Improve acquisition efficiency, budget allocation, and market expansion decisions by connecting channel activity to user quality, conversion, commission revenue, and long-term value. Turn marketing performance data into clear recommendations on where to spend, scale, pause, or test next.
Partner with Product and Engineering to shape product decisions through measurement of user behaviour, funnel performance, feature impact, experimentation, and conversion. Turn product data into clear recommendations on what to build, improve, stop, or test next.
Own firm performance monitoring, attribution integrity, commission reconciliation, and partner-facing commercial analytics. Ensure revenue tracking is reliable, discrepancies are caught early, financial impact is quantified, and partner conversations are backed by clear evidence.
Own everything PFM does in the UAE - entity governance, regulatory standing, banking and tax compliance, audit readiness, free-zone licensing, visa sponsorship, and relationships with local authorities and service providers. Be the senior PFM presence on the ground in the UAE and the trusted commercial-regulatory bridge between leadership and the UAE ecosystem.
Own every stream that brings revenue into PFM across our two business units and scale the company from current ARR through the 10M → 30M+ ARR range. Personally own the top firm relationships, build out the Commercial team, and put in place the RevOps infrastructure (CRM, forecasting, attribution, reporting) that the business can scale on. Blend classic revenue leadership with the operating discipline of a Chief Commercial Officer.
