Recibí 2 payout de ellos y ahora me han baneado sin especificar la razón. Bloquearon 3 de mis cuentas live de 250k y 5 evaluaciones. No sé qué hacer ahora. No responden por correo ni contestan en el helpdesk de Apex.

No siempre he tenido la mejor experiencia con Apex pero sí hacen retiros. El número de cuentas que te permiten operar al mismo tiempo es el aspecto más atractivo de la firma.

I think the company is great; they have a real knack for understanding needs, making the platform very user-friendly for any type of trader—from novices to experts. Everything is highly intuitive, the service is fast, and they also offer excellent technical support.

Poor experience with this prop firm, I don’t wanna say they don’t pay, it’l all good with challenges, I just don’t like their dashboard, lack of insights or details about overall proces, you need to keep accountability in real time with your trades in order to succeed, otherwise you blow yourself up with intraday trailing, and I think they don’t write the proces very well, especially the payout, it’l aleays roome for denials.

The pricing is good, and overall, everything has been quite positive. Their room style is slightly different from other companies, which makes them stand out. I received my payout approval almost immediately, rather than having to wait seven days, which I feel is unnecessarily long. The main area that needs significant improvement is their website dashboard, as the interface looks very outdated and requires a major UI/UX upgrade. Apart from that, the form is good, the scalability is good, and overall, I have had a positive experience.

I took a trade in GCQ6, not GCZ6. But the screenshot you sent shows an arrow on GCZ6, even though I never traded that contract. I entered a short position at 11:08 PM at4361.0. The price only moved to4361.6 and my position was auto-liquidated within a second. I don't understand how an auto-liquidation can happen from just a0.6 point move. Also, if my trade was in GCQ6, why does your screenshot show GCZ6? Please clarify why my account was auto-liquidated and why the wrong contract is shown.

Usé Apex como una de las primeras empresas de fondeo de futuros y debo decir que no me fue tan bien al principio cuando era principiante. La interfaz del sitio web y el acceso al dashboard era bastante malo en dispositivos móviles, todavía lo es pero han mejorado. Las reglas son muy claras y es aceptable pero creo que podrían mejorar en los precios para adquirir cuentas. En cuanto al procesamiento de pagos y la interfaz de trading, es excelente.

Love the initial price and discounts they run. Someone who loves copy trading across multiple accounts, Apex is truly great for them. Funded rules are quite similar to other good firms.

overall Apex is good firm simple rules if you follow them correctly great way to scale accounts. But if your looking to get paid in a reasonable time frame this is not the firm. it should not take 10 days to get a payout i am going on 13 days now, i have requested my 2nd payout and still have not received the first one. i was advised i will receive payout 8/7 for a payout that was approved 7/23

Purchased a $25 evaluation and my account was permanently banned before I even placed a single trade. I wasn’t given a clear reason for the decision, my appeal was denied, and my refund request was also rejected. Very disappointing experience and a lack of transparency in handling customer accounts.
