I have been trading with Topstep for about 2 months now. I passed 2 evaluations but blew both funded accounts, and now I’ve just passed my 3rd one. Everything is super clear with them, and as long as you can show consistency, there are no hidden rules. They also have a great community with awesome people who share everything transparently. Out of nowhere, they banned traders from Morocco without any prior notice or clear explanation, leaving us in the dark about the status of our hard-earned profits. One of the best prop firms I have ever traded is Topstep. Although there were more issues when Project X first started, it is currently the greatest platform. Just make money and get paid, there is nothing to say regarding payout guidelines. Customer service is a little slow.

Though a little pricey and doesn't give offers but still atleast trusted that it will give payout. Though I didn't get a payout my experience was one of the best here. In all aspects Topstep is great but when it comes to payout it didn't release my payout on time. as per their policy 5 winning days required for payout. I have met the criteria and waited for couple of working days but still didnt received my payout. after waiting for two days then I traded and I slowly lost profit and finally lost account. after achieving all conditions, I would receive 1k dollars if they released payout on time. from then not using Topstep

The company itself is honestly the best there is when it comes to prop firms. Ranging from payout process to wallet, requirments now at 150 i saw previously from 200 and only 5 winning days vs 10-14 days like others. The customer service is alright they like the ai bot way to much. The topstepx which is a custom projectx platform still has some bugs to fix and sometimes they wont honor it unless everyone feels it from what i last remember.
