I've had a few issues in particular over the recent weeks related to the payout request form freezing when I hit "submit", but Cole, Ramez, and Chis in particular were so quick to get that resolved easily. Topstep is my best prop frim. Fristly,I used the 40 discount buying 150K and finally pass the evaluation.The rule is clear.They have good support team and easy rules .we follow the rules they will pay you. they were amazing and genuine support team. I started futures trading using this. I choose Projectx as the platform. Overall it’s smooth. But I wasn’t able to get funded yet. The customer service was good, if we have a good system we can definitely get funded.

Solid trustworthy firm and best customer support. As a live trader I greatly appreciate the prompt customer support, shoutout to Ramez for going above and beyond to help look into my query. The rules for evaluation and payout are fairly simple compare to other future prop firms. User interface friendly. Customer support has quick response. Overall do not have any issue with them.

Topstep used to be the best out there, but when they switched to (and now monopolized) Project, it's been nothing but troubles. Constant platform issues, and lack of responsibility to the customer to make things right really disheartens me.
