The firm is decent to trade with. Although I have not reached the payout level, I reached the funded phase once with the ProjectX terminal. But they suddenly discontinued the ProjectX platform. Now, there is Tradovate which is very good when it comes to integrate with tradingview. Overall, trading experience with Alpha Future is good. Looking forward to reach first payout.

I can say it's the best Futures company in every way. No hidden rules, smooth withdrawals, and excellent support. Although I haven't withdrawn from this account yet, my experience has been fantastic.

Zero Rules: No Consistency rule.. Also see a 1500 payout cap - also a rule. That does qualify as false advertisement. Refused a refund on this matter. Careful with these people, based upon the advertisement and FAQ information - speak to someone first because "ZERO rules" means whatever rules they choose.

bought a 50k zero account with alpha futures, tried logging into project x through alpha ticks and its saying i have no active account, even though the account says active on the alpha futures dashboard and the money has come out of my bank account. support is comletely usless, giving extremely slow and vauge replies, saying theres an issue with project x and refuse to give me an estimated time on the fix.

Had some issues with account creation at first, but Alpha really does have the best support team in the game. My problems are always resolved quickly and with minimal communication errors. Their rules are clear and simple, consistency is generous, and also manageable for payouts weekly. Gotta love the zero plan.
