My $3,000 PAYOUT was denied under the vague claim that I used a “high-risk, high-reward approach,” despite there being absolutely no written rule, FAQ, or policy anywhere stating that traders are prohibited from risking a certain amount per trade or that such trading behavior would invalidate payouts. At the time of denial, my account was in over $23,500 profit, yet after just two trades they arbitrarily rejected my payout twice, terminated my account, banned me from their Discord community, and withheld funds I had rightfully earned. Punishing traders based on unwritten and subjective rules after the fact is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a severe lack of transparency and integrity. I strongly urge anyone considering this firm to proceed with extreme caution and avoid this firm at any cost !!!

I have now recieved 2 payouts from AquaFutures, the first took longer than advertised but I got it in 6 days. Second payout took 11 days to receive and even though they advertise the payout guarante of $500 is your not paid within 48 business hours they did not give me the guarantee they just said it doesnt apply to me and would not give an explaination as to why. I recently went for a third payout which was denied because I had a trade within 4 minutes of red folder new which is understandable. They removed profits from the trade from my account and told me I have to rerecord the profits and the profitable trading days so basically they reset all the requirements I worked to build up on a rule they have no mention of anywhere. Still trying to fight to get my previously recorded profits and trading days from this profit cycle to count towards my next payout...

My profit was deducted 655$,becauset hat was defined as a scalping trade. My holding time was 8 seconds, but I won over 30 points on NQ, no micro. the rules don't prohibit scaping, but rather microscalping. Microscaling should involve extremely short holding periods and very low profit margins. However, I won over 30 points on that one trade; that's not scalping, much less microscaping
