I have now recieved 2 payouts from AquaFutures, the first took longer than advertised but I got it in 6 days. Second payout took 11 days to receive and even though they advertise the payout guarante of $500 is your not paid within 48 business hours they did not give me the guarantee they just said it doesnt apply to me and would not give an explaination as to why. Summary
This breach is understandable if it was mentioned in their payout rules and anywhere, but they also are claiming that my previous profitable trading days do not count and I need to rerecord those along with previous profits I made during this payout cycle I requested for. When talking with the risk team they said that trading days requirement will be reset and other requirements will need to be met to, but when directly asked what are the other requirements they just say the exact same thing over and over without saying which requirements need to be met again.

Want delayed trading? support that doesnt care? confusing dashboard? random trading platform that is hard to setup? all of that in one place? then you are in the right place! this is without even requesting a payout, I wonder what problem they will have with that.. anyways, I would avoid this firm!

Nothing in this firm stands out or better than others, in fact, everything is worse, but the price, the price was to good to be true, which of course proved why its so low, because this firm isn't even worth that low cost.
Seemed pretty decent in the begging, yes the dashboard isn't the best, yes the trading platform wasn't that easy to setup, but you know, nothing that would make it bad.. the evo phase was very clean for me too, nothing to cry about too.. but going to the sim funded phase, this is where things change, when the price is going in your direction, a message in the top left of your screen would pop up saying "Datafeed delayed of xs" (x is the amount of seconds its delayed in of course), I was inside a position and out of no where the delay jumped to 300-400 seconds, you can't even react, and when its done is when the candle is reversed, basically impossible to be profitable there. would not recommend!

Worst experience I ever had with any firm. I have met all objectives and requested for payout on 27th of February. Today its 10th march, that is 12 days after request. still No proper response from the support. most common reply is "Patience is appreciated in this matter". when we ask in first two days they will tell 48 business hours that means 8 working hours each day. after completing that also now they are not responding to my messages but they are deleting my messages in discord group within in seconds. I purchased a 25k account with them, during payment the transaction failed after entering the OTP and new pop up came up asking for OTP from same site so I entered it again. They charged me 2 times for the same account. Their support is worst , they wont help u in anyways. Just stay away from them.

I made my profitable days and the payout cycle was met, but Aqua did a migration from projet x to voumetrica which reset all my stats, including profitable days. My payout cycle is now 2 whole weeks away (March 15th). Note: I had already hit my profitable days and could have requested a payout based on the cycle. Support can't help, so now I have to just reset my work all over to get a payout that has now been pushed back by 2 weeks through no fault of my own. The price is attractive, but it's a trap.
They don't provide support for an issue that is literally their own fault, and they try to silent everyone by adding a 6-hour timer for their discord chat.
