I opened my first account with Aqua futures in August, which I could not clear but the trading conditions are good, they also give payouts and the support is also good.

Definitely one of my fav firms currently have a 25k with them and 2 x 50k evals coz i like this firm, support is decent could be a bit more attentive tbh, rules i can't really complain about they seem simple enough for me. really excited to get my first payout from them, been hearing nothing but good reviews so i'm testing the waters. Definity recommend it to others

The rules seem simple enough and actually favor traders to pass
the DASHBOARD COULD USE EXTRA WORK, it just lacks certain features like consistency % in the eval, weekly pnl like in projectX,

Well aqua futures is good firm for traders like me who can't afford expensive firms with activation fees etc. prices are affordable. I started with 25k passed without any issues.got greedy in funded and breached my account before getting the payout.. overall no issues with the firm. They're good.

Aquafuture is the Cheapest prop firm in the industry and is the best for beginners and of course for experienced trader too. Traded more than 10 account and never got any problem. Rules are little bit strict but we get 1:1 Drawdown to Profits target ratio.

Decent experience with the firm, UX on the website could be better in terms of buying an account and subscriptions management. Rules are ok for the price point and customer support has been straightforward on my end.

cheapest firm in this industry , the rules are quite tricky but not hard to achieve (completely fair due to the cheap price) , one bad thing about this firm is their customer support , lazy and replies very late most of the time.

The Facts: Technical Failure: While trading, the platform showed "NaN" (Not a Number) values and rejected my orders with the message "Bracket's price cannot be <= 0," preventing me from setting my Stop Loss. Missing Profits: I had a $600 profit that was never credited due to the system glitch, while only a $290 loss was recorded. Official Admission: On February 5th, COO officially announced on Discord/Telegram that they were aware of platform issues and asked affected traders to open tickets. Widespread Issue: Several other traders reported the exac...

Initially, I liked the practical way of operating within the property and the user interface. However, any positive aspect was completely overshadowed by the firm's refusal to honor technical evidence of platform failure.
The worst part is the absolute lack of integrity from the support team. Even though the COO, admitted to platform bugs on Feb 4th and 5th, support lead dismissed my clear evidence of "NaN" values and bracket price errors as "random information". They ignored my $600 profit and used a loss caused by their own system's inability to set a Stop Loss to unfairly close my account. Additionally, the difficulty in tracking performance in the funded account is a major flaw.

Summary
My 25k funded account was closed due to a platform bug on Feb 4th, 2026. The system showed "NaN" values and blocked my orders with the error "Bracket's price cannot be <= 0," preventing me from setting a Stop Loss. Despite an official admission of the bug by COO Kyle on Feb 5th, support lead later dismissed my technical evidence as "random information" and refused to restore the account or credit my $600 profit. The breach was caused by their system failure, not my trading.
