I’ve been trading with Daytraders for over a year and a half, and my experience has been exceptional. Payout requests are authorized within minutes, showing incredible reliability. Their technology is solid, the variety of accounts offers amazing value for money, and customer support is always immediate and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a truly trustworthy prop firm.

I have been with Daytraders for about 1.5 years or so now, I am a prop trader with real capital, and have worked my way from evaluations then sim-to-funded, and have always been pleased with the clarity of their rules, the personalization of their customer service, and the overall experience I've had thus far. Since joining DayTraders in January 2026, I’ve traded multiple $250K and $300K Rithmic accounts. I appreciated having access to different account sizes and the Rithmic platform for futures trading. Managing trailing drawdown has reinforced the importance of disciplined risk management. My advice to anyone thinking about joining is to review the trailing-drawdown rules, evaluate the account conditions, and choose a plan that suits your trading approach and risk tolerance.

I was trading nine 25k static accounts and a 100k master account. I managed my risk , and my equity was sitting safely above the drawdown limit. I was literally at the finish line to get passed. Then, out of nowhere, their automated system glitched during an overnight adjustment, completely erased my open profits, and auto-liquidated all my 25k accounts. To be fair, the initial front-line chat rep was actually polite and tried to help. But the second my ticket got escalated to the risk team. They dragged me through two full days of exhausting back-and-forth hassle. They tried to blame my trading and basically told me to go take it up with Rithmic (the data provider), clearly hoping I’d just get frustrated and give up. But I didn’t. I went straight to Rithmic and got the actual server logs and timestamps. The raw data proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that DayTraders’ backend system mathematically failed, erased my hard-earned equity buffer without crediting my cash balance, and triggered a liquidation. Rithmic even put it in writing that DayTraders controls the setting that caused the issue.

DayTrade support is always great, and the average response time for live agents is just 2 to 5 minutes. No other top prop firms offer this level of service. My payout approvals are done in 1 minute, and the longest I've waited is 60 minutes. This is a great company!

"Extremely smooth platform and rules!" Currently trading an S2F account on DayTraders.com and the experience has been great so far. The dashboard is clean and user-friendly, the S2F rules are transparent, and customer support responds quickly whenever I have questions. While I haven't requested my first payout with them yet, seeing that they use Plane gives me total confidence since I've had great, hassle-free experiences with Plane in the past. Highly recommend!

DayTraders.com stands out in the futures prop firm space primarily due to its exceptional account variety, offering rare structural choices like static drawdowns that provide significantly more breathing room than traditional intraday trailing accounts. While I haven't requested a payout yet—meaning I cannot personally vouch for their withdrawal speeds firsthand—the overall trading environment, rules clarity, and account flexibility have been solid. Customer service has been responsive, but traders should factor in the $130 activation fee, which increases the real upfront cost of securing a funded account. Overall, it is a strong 5/5 platform for flexibility, though extra fees require careful planning.

Straight forward rules for people who are serious and active traders. Great pricing for a variety of account types. The EOD and Static drawdowns are fantastic. Would love for the S2L accounts to offer at least an EOD if not static drawdown at some point. In the event that happens, there is not another firm that can compete.
