News Trading

• You can trade news on E8 Zero Futures without any restrictions (This includes SimFi™ challenge account (phase-1) and SimFI™ performance Account)

Expert Advisors

• All forms of automated trading are prohibited, including EAs, trading bots, AI tools, and high-frequency trading (300+ trades per day). Semi-automated trading is also not permitted.

Copy Trading

• E8 Markets allows copy trading across all accounts, including SimFi™ challenge and SimFI™ Performance accounts or personal accounts, as long as these accounts belong to you.

Inactivity rule

• There is no time limit, but you need to place and close at least one trade every 7 days.

Trading Hours

• Trading is permitted between 17:00–15:10 CT. All open positions are force-closed daily at 15:10 CT.

Prohibited Strategies

• Tick Scalping
• A minimum of 50% of all profits must come from trades with a holding period of no less than 10 seconds.
• 2% of a product's lock limit.
• Holding a position within 2% of a product's lock limit is prohibited

Payout Cap per account is based on account size and number of payouts:

• $25K:

  5th Payout Onwards: $1,500

• $50K
  1st and 2nd Payout: $1,250
  3rd and 4th Payout: $2,250
  5th Payout Onwards: $3,250

• $100K
  1st and 2nd Payout: $2,250
  3rd and 4th Payout: $3,250
  5th Payout Onwards: $4,250

• $150K
  1st and 2nd Payout: $3,250
  3rd and 4th Payout: $4,250

Buffer requirement

• $25K: $1,000

• $50K: $2,000

• $150K: $4,500

• No withdrawals from inside the buffer.

E8 Zero Starter

Per request

• $50,000: $1,000

E8 Zero Max

Per request:

• $50,000 - $3,000

• $100,000 - $5,000

• $200,000 - $7,000

• Each cycle's payout comes only from profits generated in that cycle. Whatever stays in the account after a request is considered a buffer — it simply remains in the account.

• On E8 Signature Futures , there is a maximum number of payouts per account: 5. This is the same rule as on E8 Zero, and this determines how many payouts you can request in total from one account. After you request 5 payouts, no matter the remaining buffer or how much you requested in total payouts, the cycle is closed, the account is deactivated, and you move on with the free Challenge of the same size. This rule applies only to the Signature Futures account purchased after 14.07.2026 20:00 UTC +2

Scaling (Zero Starter & Zero Max):

• 50K: 2 → 3 → 5

• 100K: 3 → 5 → 8

• 200K: 4 → 7 → 10

• The second and third tiers unlock after 1.5% and 3% locked EOD profit, effective next trading day. These are the published standard-contract / margin tiers; actual instrument capacity depends on margin per contract.
