Early feedback highlights FFF's affordability and straightforward rules. Traders consistently praise the low evaluation prices (especially the Velocity accounts with promo codes), no activation fees, and clear trading requirements. Many note the smooth Tradovate integration, professional dashboard, and fast responsive support through both live chat and Discord. Several funded traders report receiving payouts quickly—often approved within 24-48 hours and deposited the next day—with some...

What I liked least was how the firm handled my payout and KYC verification. After reaching payout eligibility and requesting a $500 payout, my KYC was rejected with only the explanation that “information did not properly align.” Despite asking for clarification, I was not told what specifically was wrong or given a meaningful opportunity to correct it. Shortly afterward, I could no longer access my FFF account, with the system stating “Unable to find the user with credentials.” The combination of an unexplained KYC rejection at payout time and subsequent loss of account access has seriously undermined my trust in the firm. I have documentation and screenshots supporting this experience.

Summary
I reached payout eligibility and submitted a request for a $500 payout. As part of the payout process, I was required to complete identity/KYC verification. My verification was not accepted, so I contacted FFF support to understand the problem and resolve any discrepancy. FFF initially responded that my inquiry was being “escalated to a higher admin”, that it would be handled “with priority,” and that I should allow up to 24 hours for resolution. After the escalation, however, I received only the following response: “Information did not properly align. We are not able to proceed forward.” No specific discrepancy was identified. I was not told whether the issue concerned my name, address, identification document, banking information, Plaid/Rise verification, or any other piece of information. I was therefore given no clear way to understand or correct the alleged mismatch.

Summary
I had a very disappointing experience with this prop firm. I invested a significant amount of money. After successfully passing my first challenge, they refused to validate my KYC and permanently banned my account without giving me a fair opportunity to resolve the issue or appeal the decision. The most frustrating part is that they accepted my payments for challenges, but only raised the KYC issue after I had already passed. This left me feeling like I had wasted both my time and my money. Their communication was poor, and I was not given a clear explanation or a reasonable chance to verify my identity. A transparent and fair KYC process should happen before allowing customers to invest heavily in challenges, not after they succeed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this prop firm. Be aware of the risk that your account could be closed even after passing a challenge, with little or no opportunity to appeal.
