Stay far away from this prop firm! I purchased a 50K Velocity challenge on September 16, 2026, but couldn't trade a single second from day one because they completely failed to provide live CME data ("No rows" in Tradovate), despite a fully signed market data agreement. What makes this company truly unacceptable is their predatory handling of issues. After days of waiting, completely helpless support responses, and demanding a resolution or refund, they unilaterally deactivated the support-chat and wiped the entire history. Buying here means paying for a broken product and getting ghosted the moment a technical failure occurs on their end. Completely untrustworthy and unprofessional!

Excellent customer service from Bhadmus. I had multiple account and platform-related issues, including accounts not appearing correctly and an account assignment problem after payment. He took the time to investigate the issues, asked the right questions, followed up, and helped get everything sorted. I especially appreciated his patience and willingness to stay engaged until the problems were resolved. Great support experience.

The KYC process was very simple; I completed the verification, and approval was automatic, taking just a few minutes, just like with all other prop firms. As long as you submit your documents correctly and use a card in your own name with your personal details, you won't have any issues. Excellent!

I bought a $50,000 S2 Accelerate account and had four profitable days. On the fifth day, I unexpectedly breached the account’s drawdown limit and lost the account. My balance had been above $54,000. After a losing trade, the account was closed when it reached the $2,000 drawdown limit—even though the balance was still above $52,000. This suggests that the drawdown continues to trail the account balance rather than locking at a fixed level, as I understand many other firms’ drawdown rules do. Another concern is how payouts affect the drawdown. For example, if the drawdown is $2,000, the balance is $54,000, and you request a $1,500 payout, it appears that only $500 of drawdown room remains. That could make it extremely difficult to withdraw the maximum permitted amount and may leave the account at serious risk after a payout. I recommend carefully reviewing the drawdown and payout rules before purchasing or requesting a withdrawal.

I think the company is great; they have a real knack for understanding needs, making the platform very user-friendly for any type of trader—from novices to experts. Everything is highly intuitive, the service is fast, and they also offer excellent technical support.

I wish I had believed the other reviews before committing to this firm. Several people mentioned issues with KYC, but I didn't think it would be a problem for me since I've never failed a KYC check before. Well, this firm proved me wrong. My automatic verification submission sat "under review" for days, even though they claim it only takes up to 15 minutes. When I contacted them, they told me I needed manual verification and asked me to print a document and sign it by hand, they wouldn't even accept an electronic signature. I've gone through manual KYC before with firms that don't offer automated verification, and it was never this complicated. On top of that, they asked for both my ID and my passport, which felt like an unusual amount of documentation for a routine check. What a waste of time. I traded for several days and got funded, but I still can't access my funded account because I'm not verified. At this point, it feels like the delay might be intentional. To be fair, the support team was good and responsive throughout, the problem was the verification process itself, not the people I dealt with.

had no issues with funded futures family. platform is decent, trades executed fine, they have decent sales, although prices could stand to be a bit cheaper.

I bought an account from @fundedfamily and they blocked it from the dashboard, citing KYC issues. I’ve already passed KYC with the exact same documents at reputable prop firms, No idea what @fundedfamily actually wants. You can see repeated complaint regarding KYC issue here.

I have purchased accounts with these firm before. And failed the evals. Then I created account because I lost access to the old one and purchased again 25k and 50k eval. I traded with those 2 days and then shut down my account I contacted them and they said I violated the TOS rule. I can't have 2 profiles. I asked them if they can refund the eval they said they can't do it. I need to purchase again with old account to have access to trading. They didn't mention these rules to me before buying in those account.
