I bought an account from @fundedfamily and they blocked it from the dashboard, citing KYC issues. I’ve already passed KYC with the exact same documents at reputable prop firms, No idea what @fundedfamily actually wants. You can see repeated complaint regarding KYC issue here.

I have purchased accounts with these firm before. And failed the evals. Then I created account because I lost access to the old one and purchased again 25k and 50k eval. I traded with those 2 days and then shut down my account I contacted them and they said I violated the TOS rule. I can't have 2 profiles. I asked them if they can refund the eval they said they can't do it. I need to purchase again with old account to have access to trading. They didn't mention these rules to me before buying in those account.

I purchased 50K Velocity accounts. Payment success, amount debited from my bank.The accounts did not get created automatically. I reached customer care, they said it will take 24 hrs. Another situation the CME data not assigned to my accounts. Then i reached customer care for the same.

Funded Futures family blocked my kyc stating I was travelling and trading. Isn't the whole point of trading. Location freedom. They refuse to give me live account or a refund saying it's not their policy.I am a new trader and something happened this bad to me affect my psychology. I used the code "MATCH" please help me out. I trade in other firms also and in that I can use my mobile and wifi and I didn't change the city state or country. I just took my laptop with me when I went out and use my mobile hotspot only and no more than 10 km

if there would be 0 Star i would have given Zero.. they ******** my account and the reason was KYC i dont know what they want , i Manually emailed them my passport , Govt id and all the things required and they close the account and out of FFF..so request every one not to buy those..

I passed the eval ,but the kyc verification is taking so much to be processed. The automatic verification was not a success so I needed to do a manual verification which is a tedious process,the support team is relying more on printed documents and photos

I create an account with them, and I bought many account, also I did KYC completely and verified it, then after 2-3 weeks I can't enter my account in FFF or even in Tradovate, when I contact them they said "Your account Banned" and we can't refund you account those you bought"

I’ve had a pretty good experience with Funded Futures Family so far. The challenge fee is low and affordable, which is a big plus compared to many other firms. I also like that the trading rules are fairly reasonable and the overall process feels simple and straightforward. The platform has been smooth for me, and customer support has been helpful when needed. Overall, I think FFF is a good option for traders looking for an affordable futures prop firm without spending too much on the challenge

What I like most is the low and affordable challenge fee. It makes it easier to get started without risking too much upfront. I also like the straightforward rules, smooth trading experience, and overall simple process.
Trailing drawdown is my biggest complaint it keeps creeping up with open profit, so you never really get breathing room even after a good run
