I am a futures trader with FundedNext, on 01/04/2026 i recieved an email saying that they were reviewing my accounts and i was possibly going to be transitioned to a live account. On 03/04/2026 i was contacted again congratulating me on being transitioned to live and i was sent 2 agreements. 1 was for the contract and the other one was for the settlement withdrawal. The issue was with the settlement withdrawal. They were saying i was owed $1,673.18 which was incorrect. At the time of receiving the first email saying my accounts were under review for transition to live, the total profits across the 5 of my accounts was $20,914.70 and it states in their rules upon transitioning to live that the eligible profit owed is 80% of the simulated profits, so 80% of the $20,914.70 was $16,731.76. It states that 50% of the eligibile profit will be paid as a settlement withdrawal so there for my settlement withdrawal should be $8,365.88. I sent them an email back regarding this and they replied with the following: "Hi Daniella, Thank you for following up with us. Following your inquiry, our Risk Desk conducted an evaluation of your five simulated accounts to ensure all balances are correctly aligned. Our records confirm a Net Profit (PnL) of $ $4362.64 per account, resulting in a total combined PnL of $21,813.20. After applying the standard 80/20 split, your total Eligible Profit comes to $17,450.56. We have sent a new Live account agreement to your email based on this updated PnL. Please review and complete the agreement at your earliest convenience. Regarding the settlement withdrawal amount, the performance reward you received last Wednesday (03/25) serves as your primary settlement from the simulation stage. We intentionally delayed your transition when your accounts originally qualified to ensure you could collect that reward under simulation rules before moving into the live environment, where the payout structure operates differently. Because your settlement has already been substantially fulfilled through last week’s rewards—plus the additional $2,391.98 payout being issued now—the standard distribution split has been adjusted accordingly. Please be advised that, per our guidelines, the overall distribution remains subject to change based on the Risk Desk’s ongoing evaluation. " So they are agreeing that the combined P&L of all of my accounts is actually more than what i stated and they are saying its $21,813.20. However they are now saying that the performance reward which i was paid on 25/03/2026 - 7 days before i got the email that my accounts were under review counts towards my settlement fee which is absolutely crazy and not true, neither does it state that anywhere in the rules. They are now saying they are only going to pay me $2,391.98 as a settlement withdrawal and not the $8,725.28 i am owed.

Summary

They are saying that my settlement withdrawal is only going to be $2,391.98 instead of $8,725.28 as my performance reward from 25/03/2026 counts towards my settlement withdrawal even though my account didnt enter review for a live account until 01/04/2026 and i have made a lot more profits on the accounts since the 25/03/2026 and they are refusing to pay them to me.

Here are the facts of my case: • I earned over $6,200 through legitimate trading activity on my funded account (Login ID: 922307354). • On May 27, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of $3,190, which was fully approved by FundedNext. • After the approval, they paid me only $1,547.15, claiming I had violated their policy through High Frequency Trading (HFT). • This accusation is entirely false. I have detailed screenshots proving that all of my trades lasted between 30 minutes and over 17 hours — far from anything that could be considered HFT. • I never used bots, algorithms, or automation. All of my trades were manual and within the rules. • FundedNext approved the payout before suddenly reversing course with no real evidence. This experience has left me feeling deceived and exploited as a profitable trader. It’s clear that FundedNext targets profitable accounts and fabricates violations to avoid making full payments.

This is my second payment with them, the first was for less than approximately $1,600, did they pay me? Yes, but they closed my account because there was supposedly more than one person trading on my behalf under the excuse that I had two different devices with the same IP. They were accusing me of using a VPN VPS. After proving that it was a false accusation (which I have the emails to prove) they returned my account and let me continue trading until this second withdrawal.

Least Liked Aspect

• They make unilateral decisions: Closures and sanctions without dialogue or defense. • They make "partial payments" as if they were favors: When in reality they are obligations. • Their "support" only repeats scripts, not solutions. In short: You can't trust a firm that breaks its word, even after approving a payment.
