Use of EAs (Expert Advisors)

• Only expert advisor that helps with risk management, graphs, and other trading tools that serve as a base for your trading ideas and strategies are Allowed.

• EAs that trade automatically or rely on automated strategies (e.g., martingale, grid, or public scalping bots like gold scalpers) are not allowed. Your EA must assist your manual trading, not replace it.

• If any unauthorized or hidden EA use is detected, the challenge may be terminated.

Grid Trading

• Allowed unless it is used for manipulation, over-leveraging or risk-free profit.

Copy Trading

• Copy trading is permitted between accounts you own, even across different platforms or other propfirm. Copying signals or other traders is not allowed.
• Before you start, email support@fundedelite.com with the accounts involved and the copy-trading software you use. Copiers often trigger IP and device flags, so telling them first means those flags aren’t treated as a breach.

Martingale

• Allowed as long as it does not involve over-leveraging (risking all your daily loss in a single pair/direction) and is not used by shared EAs.

News Trading

• 1-Step and 2-Step Atom
  • Evaluation: Allowed
  • Funded: All trades must be closed at least 2 minutes before a news release and can only be reopened 2 minutes after it ends (counting 2 minutes of news duration, that’s a 6-minute window: 2 before and 4 after).
• Other Program
  • Evaluation & Funded: Allowed, especially for swing traders, but not for high-frequency trading (HFT) or hedging between different accounts for risk-free profits or account passage.

Weekend Holding & Weekend Trading

• Holding positions over the weekend is always allowed, and you can move your stop loss or take profit on Saturday or Sunday.
• Opening or closing a position on Saturday or Sunday needs the Weekend Trading add-on (a stop loss or take profit being hit counts too), so leave enough distance on weekend stops and targets. weekend trading only available on the 1-Step Atom, with no add-on for the Instant Catalyst.
• Trading without the add-on is a hard breach: in evaluation the account may be reset or reinstated; on a funded account it’s reset and the cycle’s profit forfeited.

Inactivity Rule

• 29 days inactivity period, make sure you place at least 1 trade in 29 days to keep your account active. You can pay a fee to cover the associated costs and reactivate the account. (40% of the original account's price before discount.)

Risk Per Instrument

• 1-Step & 2-Step Atom
  • Max 1.5% of the starting balance per instrument per day
• Other Programs
  • On a funded account you can’t risk more than 50% of your daily loss limit on one instrument in a single trading day, counting all trades on it in both directions. Risk per trade is measured by the furthest stop loss you set, or if there’s no stop loss, the worst price the trade hit while open, whichever is higher. It’s counted on the day the trade closes, even if it closed in profit.
• Violation of the Risk Per Instrument rule can lead to account terminiation and profit forfeited

Prohibited Trading strategies

• IP sharing, Strategy Risk Limits, HFT and Micro Scalping, Cross Account Hedging, Account Rolling, Account Sharing/any passing service / IP Sharing, Latency Arbitrage, Exploiting errors, Server Spamming & Gambling

Soft Breach Violations

• A soft breach keeps your account open - Repeated soft breaches after a warning causes a hard breach
• Soft breach violations include: Isolated trades under the minimum holding time, scalp profit under the limit, IP flags with an honest explanation (ISP, VPN or travel not reported, copy-trading tool), Hedging flags with no link to another trader found, A first case of gambling-style trading
• In evaluation, the team may reset your account, using your free retry if you still have one.
• On a funded account:
  • The account is not closed and you are notified by email.
  • Your current payout is still processed, but at a 30% reward share.
  • Your payout cycle restarts from payout 1, which also restarts the count for the fee refund.
  • If it happens again after the warning, the account can be reset and its profit forfeited.

Minimum holding time and the scalp limit

• Every position must stay open for at least 3 minutes, or 30 seconds if purchased with the scalping add-on
• Winning trades closed under the minimum time add up to your scalp profit. It must stay below your account's scalp limit per account size. The scalp profit are shown on you dashboard
• 5K – $75 | 7K – $100 | 10K – $150 | 15K – $200 | 25K – $300 | 50K – $400 | 100K – $500 | 200K – $800 | 300K – $1,000 | 400K – $1,200
• Evaluation: an isolated short trade under the limit is a soft breach; the team may reset your account. Scalp profit above the limit, or short trades throughout the challenge, is a hard breach.
• Funded: every trade under the minimum time (winning or losing) is a violation and a soft breach. If scalp profit exceeds the limit, the account is reset and the current cycle's profit is forfeited.

VPS/VPN Usage Rule

• You may use a VPS or VPN, but you must inform support@fundedelite.com before doing so.

Free Retry Rules

• 1-Step and 2-Step Standard + Free Retry include one automatic retry if you breach an evaluation phase and do not apply to already funded accounts
• No retry is given if the breach is a reason to end the relationship and the team may also use your retry to reset an account after a soft breach, such as an IP flag.
• Free retries are not eligible for fee refunds

2 Step Standard + FREE RETRY Second chance modifications

• The account in second chance starts again from phase 1 of the challenge and the DLL reduces from 5% to 3%.

• Only in phase 1 second chance, the minimum P&L required to successfully complete a trading day goes from 0,5% to 1%.

• The profit split reduces to 50% for all future payouts.

1 Step Standard + FREE RETRY Second chance modifications

• The account in second chance starts again from phase 1 of the challenge, the MLL reduces from 8% to 6% and Profit target reduces from 12% to 10%.

• The profit split reduces to 50% for all future payouts.

Instant Catalyst

• The Catalyst is a single-stage instant funded account with no evaluation phase. Starting at 80% profit split, each approved payout doubles the account size with an increased split by +5% , scaling up to $1,000,000 at 95% profit split.

Starting Sizes

• $25,000: Six doublings between you and the top of the ladder.
• $50,000: Five doublings between you and the top.
• Both paths arrive at the same destination ($1M / 95%).
• Each new account is a clean slate: fresh balance, fresh drawdown limits, fresh profit target.

Payout Processing Fees

• Rise: $40 (covering transfer, platform, and related costs)

Giveaway or Free Accounts:

• For any giveaway or other free accounts provided, there is a payout cap of 2%.
