Rapid:

• A trader's profit on any single day cannot exceed 50% of the total profit in the challenge stage. No consistency on funded.

Pro:

• No consistency rule in the challenge and funded phase when the 50k Add-on is selected.

Builder:

News Trading Rules

• My Funded Futures prohibits exploiting news volatility (e.g., straddles, strangles, or disguised news trades) Tier 1 news has stricter rules: Pro Sim Funded, Rapid EOD Sim Funded and Rapid Sim Funded accounts cannot trade during T1 events, no open positions/orders 2 minutes before or after T1 data release. while Builder accounts are unrestricted. Traders may trade through non-T1 news only if following their normal strategy, but MFFU is not liable for broker disruptions during news.

Automated Trading Protocols and EA's

• High-frequency Trading is not allowed.
• Automated strategies are allowed only if they don’t exploit simulator fills, and live-account automation must follow CME guidelines.

Copy trading and trade copiers

• Allowed across the trader's own MFFU accounts. Copying another trader, collaborative identical or opposite trades across unconnected accounts, and sharing a device with another trader are prohibited. The trader remains responsible for copier errors and compliance.

• Traders may make use of automated trading strategies tailored to their own specific settings so long as these automated tools do not aim to exploit the favorable fills offered in the Simulated Environment.

• Traders trading live accounts with automated trading MUST abide by CME guidelines.

2% Price Limit Rule

• Trading is not allowed when a product is within 2% of its CME price limit to protect traders from extreme volatility. Applies to Sim and Live Funded accounts.

Cross Instrument Policy

• Single Instrument Limit: Orders exceeding the allowed contract size for a single instrument (e.g., more than 2 contracts on NQ) will be automatically rejected.
  ​
• Cross Instrument Trading: Orders that combine different instruments (e.g., 2 minis and 20 micros) may technically execute even if they exceed the overall limit (e.g., more than 2 contracts in total), but this is not permitted!
  ​
• Intentional Rule Bypass: Deliberate attempts to circumvent position scaling rules are considered a breach and will be treated accordingly.

Overnight Holding

• Not allowed. Trades will automatically close at 4:10 PM / 16:10 EST - It will not result in a breach of the account

Trading Hours

• 18:00-16:10 EST (Eastern Standard Time / NY Time)
• 06:00 PM - 04:10 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time / NY Time)
• At MyFunded Futures, positions will be closed for you during regular non-holiday trading days at 4:10 PM Eastern (the firm labels this EST). During holiday early closes, auto-liquidation does not occur at the early market close. The trader must close positions before the published holiday close or risk an account breach.
• Note: Make sure that you don’t force a trade multiple times on the market after 4:10 PM EST, as this will sometimes cause the order to go through and disqualify your trading account.

Inactivity Rule

• At least one trade is required in every seven consecutive calendar days on Evaluation and Sim Trading Accounts. Under section 7 of the Terms, MFFU may deem an inactive account dormant, close it and treat the closure as a breach.

Builder Acounts

25K Account:

• Qualification for Payouts:

  • First payout eligibility starts 48 hours after the first Sim trade. Each payout cycle also requires at least 2 trading days, 50% Sim consistency and the size-specific buffer/net-profit conditions. Up to 5 Sim payouts before Live-transition eligibility.

• Buffer Requirment:

  • Your buffer must be fully cleared before you can submit any payout request. The buffer equals your MLL + $100 ($1,100).

• Net Profit Required (First Payout)

  For your first payout:

  • you must have at least $250 in net profit above the buffer.

  For all subsequent payouts:

  • you must have at least $250 in net profit since your last approved payout.

• Withdrawal Limit:

  • Minimum of $250

• Maximum Payout:

  • $1000 per cycle

• Profit Split:

  • 80/20

50K Account:

• Qualification for Payouts:

  • $4600, which must be fully cleared.
  • First payout: At least $1500 net profit above the buffer.
  • Subsequent payouts: At least $1500 net profit since the last approved payout.

Pro Accounts

• New Pro products:

  • First payout eligibility starts 14 calendar days from the first Sim Funded trade, after the buffer is fully cleared. Payout requests are available every 14 calendar days. Minimum request is $1000. Total Sim Funded payout cap is $100000 per user.

• Profit Split: 80/20

• Buffer requirements:
  50K - $2100
  100K - $3100
  150K - $4600

• After the first payout the MLL becomes static at starting balance + $100: $50100 / $100100 / $150100 respectively.

• Live transition review:

  • 3 consecutive payouts on the same Pro account, reaching the $100000 payout cap, or an invitation from Risk. Reaching $20000 profit triggers review, not a guaranteed Live account. Profit above the $100000 cap is forfeited on new Pro products.

• New Pro Live accounts start at $0 with EOD trailing loss allowances of $2000 / $3000 / $4500, no daily loss limit, maximum contracts of 2 / 3 / 4, $250 minimum payout and an 80/20 split.

• Reserve:

  • Sim Funded profit held during Live. The remaining Reserve pays as a performance bonus after BOTH 20 profitable Live trading days and cumulative gross Live payouts of $10000 / $20000 / $30000 respectively. If multiple Pro accounts move to Live, the Reserves combine and the payout threshold increases with the number of accounts moved.

• If Live breaches, the Reserve first covers the negative Live balance.

  • Any remainder returns to a withdrawal-only Dormant Sim Funded account: profit above the buffer pays at 80/20; the buffer pays 50% if the Sim account had fewer than 30 trading days, or 80% after at least 30 trading days. After that withdrawal the Sim account closes. A 21-calendar-day cooldown prohibits Sim Funded trading and new evaluation, reset or account purchases; dormant accounts reactivate afterward.

• Existing Pro products retain every old rule.

  • Their Live accounts retain static drawdown and the old unlock of 20 winning days at 4% of starting balance plus 3 payouts. Old Pro Sim Funded accounts do not enter Reserve on Live transition. The legacy one-time early withdrawal of up to 60% of profits within the buffer, subject to a $1000 minimum request, is retained for existing Pro products.

Rapid Plan
