Leverage by Market

Funded

• Trading is restricted around high-impact (red-folder) news on the affected market and for individual stocks and equity perpetuals, company earnings announcements are restricted:
  • More than 10 min before: normal trading. Positions already open can be held through the release.
  • 10 to 2 min before: no new positions, adding, reversing and nothing else that increases exposure in the affected market
  • 2 min before to 2 min after: no manual trades of any kind.
  • Violation is a soft breach. Any profit made within these restricted windows will be deducted

Expert Advisors (EAs)

• Automated trading is allowed, but only through the official My Funded Perps API; accessing the website’s internal APIs through browser tools or network requests is not permitted. Bots, EAs, scripts and AI agents must follow all trading rules, and can’t be used for HFT, latency arbitrage, quote stuffing, platform exploits, coordinating trades across accounts, or getting around risk limits. The firm may also restrict automated strategies that put heavy load on its systems or behave very differently from normal trading.

Copy Trading

• Copy trading is allowed only between your own accounts, using the platform’s built-in Copy Trading feature. You pick one account as the lead and others as followers, with trade size set from 0.1x to 2x, but a funded account can’t follow an evaluation account. Each follower is checked against its own rules and margin separately, so results can differ between accounts, and you can’t trade a follower manually while copying is active.
• Copying from external sources, signal services or other traders’ accounts is prohibited, as are account sharing and hedging across accounts.

Overnight Holding, Weekend Holding and Weekend Trading

• Overnight Holding is allowed on all markets
• On 24/7 markets, you can trade throughout the weekend and hold positions over the weekend.
• On 23/5 markets, weekend trading and holding are not allowed. All open positions are automatically closed 15 minutes before the market closes on Friday.

Inactivity Period

• Evaluation: 30 consecutive calendar days – Hard breach
• Funded: 7 consecutive calendar days – Hard breach

Market Exposure Caps

• Select, Prime and Signature
  • Total open position size per market is capped across all your accounts of the same product and size, counting both longs and shorts. Orders that would exceed the cap are rejected. Caps vary by market, product and account size.

• Elite
  • Elite account exposure caps apply to each account separately rather than across a group. Indices, gold and oil have their own Elite caps; all other markets use the standard exposure caps, but still apply to each Elite account separately.

Prohibited Trading Strategies

• Cross Hedging, High-Frequency Trading (HFT), Latency Arbitrage, Price-Feed or Data-Feed Exploitation, Execution Exploitation, Quote Stuffing / Excessive Order Activity, Spoofing and Layering, Wash Trading / Self-Trading, Group Hedging / Coordinated Trading, Account Cycling / Sacrificial Accounts, Evaluation Gambling and Repeated Maximum-Risk Attempts, Risk-Free or Near Risk-Free Exploitation, Platform, Bug, or Rule Exploitation
• Any activity meant to manipulate the evaluation, get around risk controls, exploit the platform, or hide who is actually trading is prohibited. Depending on severity, violations can lead to trades being removed, profits adjusted, payouts denied, or the account breached or terminated. Serious or repeated cases can lead to a permanent ban from My Funded Perps.

Payout Frequency

  • Daily — max one request per New York calendar day per funded account

• Elite

  • On-demand — no daily limit

Payout Lock

• On Select, Prime, and Signature, the first withdrawal locks that floor permanently to starting balance; equity exactly at the locked floor is allowed, but falling below it breaches.
• On Elite, the floor never moves, no matter how many payouts you take.

Minimum Payout Amount

  • 1% of starting balance

Lifetime Payout Limit

• $100,000 total across all your My Funded Perps accounts (Select, Prime, Signature and Elite), based on what you actually receive after the profit split.
• Buying new accounts or resetting doesn’t reset the limit.
• Once you hit $100K, you “graduate” and can’t buy new accounts.
• Your existing funded accounts stay open. You can keep trading them and taking payouts, even past $100K.
