Amazing customer service, amazing support,no hiding rules,good spread aqua funded is the best firm out there and you should be trading with #AQUAFUNDED

I traded with AquaFunded for a considerable period and spent over $10,000 purchasing accounts before my recent experience led me to stop trading with the firm. My final $300K account became eligible for a payout after I met the required conditions. Following a risk interview and subsequent review, AquaFunded denied my payout, breached the account and prohibited me from trading with them, alleging copy/coordinated trading with other traders. I categorically denied this allegation. I trade using an EA based on my own strategy, developed and extensively backtested independently, and I have never shared my EA or coordinated trades with anyone. AquaFunded provided examples of trades from other accounts which they said matched 8 of the 33 trades on my account. Some were admittedly strikingly close in timing, with similarities in instrument, direction, entries and exits. However, I had no idea who these traders were and had never communicated with them. I appealed and requested additional information, including statistical context around the matching activity and a means of independently authenticating the masked comparison data without revealing other traders' identities. AquaFunded maintained that the records were genuine platform data and that the repeated pattern went materially beyond what they would expect from independent trading. They also explained that they do not use a fixed timing or percentage threshold. However, they declined to provide the additional account-by-account statistical breakdown I requested, and I had no means of independently authenticating the masked comparison records. For balance, Ryan communicated extensively with me throughout the appeal, answered my questions and clearly explained the firm's position. I appreciated this despite strongly disagreeing with the final decision. AquaFunded subsequently offered refunds for my three remaining active accounts as a goodwill gesture and confirmed that accepting the refund would NOT require me to accept their findings. After I agreed on that basis, I was sent a Non-Disclosure & Non-Disparagement Agreement making the refund conditional on confidentiality, non-disparagement and full-and-final-settlement provisions. These conditions had not formed part of the original refund offer, and I declined to sign. I remain unequivocal that I did not copy, share or coordinate trades with anyone. AquaFunded remains equally firm that its internal data proves otherwise. After spending over $10,000 with the firm, having my payout denied on this basis and being unable to independently verify the evidence used against me, I cannot recommend AquaFunded based on my experience. I encourage traders to review the available information and make their own judgement.

First of all yhe support staff is absolutely crazy, they literally reply in minutes be it the email or discord. I have traded with them on mt5 and trade locker, both are amazing platforms, the spreads are also good same as industry standards.

I am still going through the phases, but so far everything looks good. The price is reasonable, and they also have different kinds of discounts, which is nice. I’m enjoying the experience so far and will see how it goes.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Aqua Funded. The dashboard is really pleasant, simple, and user-friendly, and the support team is friendly and helpful. I also really like the points reward program. You can collect points and later exchange them for an account or discounts, which is a nice extra benefit. The only downside I’ve noticed is that spreads can become extremely wide during the night, so you definitely need to be careful when trading at that time. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and would recommend giving Aqua Funded a try.

Support is very fast, trading conditions are smooth and dashboard is user friendly. Best to try for low-cost challenges. Live payout feed on Discord giving transparency and trust. Rules are not complicated.

AquaFunded from my experience so far is a nice firm that seems to have traders success and progress at heart. Their trading condition is a good one. Smooth trading experience with them on MT5. Customer support very very active and responds timely. They some amazing products and some amazing discounts to help traders secure trading balance for trading. Even though I haven't reached payout yet, I can see that they are paying traders when you follow the trading rules and guidelines. You can try them out if you looking for a reliable Prop Firm!

I purchased 2 50k instant account and that both account are login in my own mobile in that 1 account is breached and from another account I request a payout after split I will get around 2464$ but they rejected my payout they are saying that I am involve in copy trading and that accounts of another person is login in my same IP how is it possible I have only my 2 accounts in my mobile which is under my name I asked them to give me the proof that I have another persons account in my device. They are just saying that the risk team decision is final .

I’ve had a really good experience with Aqua Funded so far. The Discord support is absolutely fast and responsive, which is a big plus when you need help. When it comes to the trading conditions, I’ve noticed that the spreads are lower compared to many other prop firms I’ve tried. The account credentials were also sent without any unnecessary delays. Overall, everything has been smooth and straightforward for me. So far, it’s been a really good experience with Aqua Funded. Definitely happy with the service and support.
