I have bought over 10 accounts with aqua funded, after so many trials, I got funded. Then they sent me a very hostile email saying if I risked more than 1% of the account, then I will be breached. I didn't understand the hostility but I adjusted my risk. Then it was time for cashout, they said to do verification with risework, I did it. Then I was waiting and waiting, no communication, nothing. Then I started writing to them, they said to book a quick interview that week but system didn't let me book, it moved me to the next week. Then instead of confirming the day I booked the interview, they moved it to another day. Then I complained, then they told me it would be Monday, asked of invite, it never came. They continued to delay until we had the interview and everything was fine. Then they said, I would get an email soon, email never came until I started chatting on discord and then they sent message saying I copied trades,wrote back to them requesting a video call so I can explain things to them, then they completely ignored me. Customer service became extremely rude.... I started complaining and they blocked me on discord. They wrote me an email saying I should sign NDA before he could refund me my money, mind you I had another active account and both accounts have been blocked. take this warning seriously.

I have been trading with Aqua Funded for about a year, and until recently, everything seemed smooth. I completed four successful payouts, traded responsibly, and followed every rule they set. I was genuinely passionate about improving my skills — self-taught through online courses, videos, and constant practice. However, my most recent payout changed everything. This time the payout took longer than usual. When I contacted the team, instead of a proper update, I was accused of sharing my account with three people — something I have never done. I trade solo, on my own phone, using my own strategies and skills. After pushing back, they later admitted it was a mistake and the accusations were not true. But then they changed the story again, claiming “someone else was trading on my phone,” which makes absolutely no sense. I work hard every day, spending hours trading and waiting for my payout, only to be met with changing excuses and baseless accusations. They even accused me of copy trading, but Aqua Funded clearly states on their own website that copy trading is allowed. At this point, it feels like they are simply looking for reasons not to pay out. After building trust across multiple successful payouts, they suddenly turn around, block communication, and try to invalidate your hard-earned profit. In my experience, Aqua Funded has shown unprofessionalism, inconsistency, and deceptive practices. What started as a promising relationship ended in what feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid paying traders. I strongly advise traders to be cautious. This feels like a setup — gain your trust, let you pass a few payouts, and when the profits grow, they try to take it away. Extremely disappointing

I’ve had 2 funded accounts since October. I finally beat the consistency rule with one of them and requested payout. My account was blocked due to breaching the 1% rule which isn’t stated in the rules on the type of account I had. I asked when this trade was and they said 13th November. If this was a breach why did they let me trade for another 2.5 months on both accounts as I took the same trade?

One of the most affordable companies on the market, and I've never had any issues with payout payments. Customer service is responsive and fast. Trading conditions are quite reasonable. On the downside, The news trading rule is definitely very annoying. All high-impact news, whether related to the pair you're trading or not, is categorized under this rule. There are dozens of data points throughout the day, and sometimes this situation becomes extremely frustrating.

I traded on an Instant Funding Pro account for one full month, strictly following their rules — \t•\tNo trade exceeded the 2% loss limit \t•\tDaily loss never surpassed 3% \t•\tTrades were never open simultaneously After requesting my payout, AquaFunded began giving me a series of shifting justifications: Wave Stop (not applicable), daily 2% limit (they state 3%), max loss per trade, and then -2% floating PnL. I provided time-stamped screenshots and trade data for each claim — all disproved. Finally, I asked a clear question: Can you provide platform-based proof that my floating PnL exceeded -2% at any time? No evidence was ever shown. Instead, they closed the case and offered me a new account. I wasn’t asking for charity — I asked for what I earned. And I still haven’t received it. I believe traders deserve to know how payout disputes are handled. If you’d like screenshots or documentation, I’m happy to provide them.

I loved AquaFunded at first but once I've gotten funded and started trading the live account things really got ridiculous. 1. Their news rules are vague and really try to fail traders. For example, I trade Gold (XAUUSD), there was a day with an All day red news on EUR (German Prelim CPI m/m). Now because of this they claim you are not allowed to trade all day as they say these news affect the whole market and if you do they simply withdraw your profits with no prior notice. After 5 years of trading, I surely wonder how does EUR news affect Gold? And surely, how does it block a trader from trading the whole day? 2. They withdrew thousands of my profits with no prior notice and practically almost wiped my account. 3. Customer service is very weird, communication is rude and they speak as if you owe them something. Plus they send entire long sentences with zero punctuation marks, I am not sure who is behind those screens. It is just surely so unprofessional. 4. They changed their dashboard multiple times over the last few months and frankly, it kept getting worse. The user interface is just horrible. Plus it takes hours to update and catch up with the real data. As heart-breaking as it was, I had to just leave this funded account and this firm behind and move on because their broad interpretation of “red folder = entire market” is absurd and feels like a tactic to reduce payouts. Amongst many other things, it just became like walking on eggshells. I hope no one has to waste their time and money just to eventually walk away. All the best!

What impressed me most was their fairness. On my first payout, I realized I had accidentally violated some rules (news trading and a trade closed under 3 minutes). While other firms would have breached my account immediately, AquaFunded simply deducted those specific trades and processed the rest of my payout.
