Response times can vary, but overall the communication has been satisfactory. Regarding payouts, the process and requirements are clearly defined. I believe traders should pay close attention to the minimum payout requirements, consistency rules, and any conditions that must be met before submitting a withdrawal request. Understanding these details in advance can prevent unnecessary problems. What stood out most to me was the combination of clear trading rules and the availability of customer support when clarification was needed. My Experience with AquaFunded – Dispute Over a Funded Account Breach I purchased a $150K AquaFunded account under their "Pass Now Pay Later" plan. After completing the minimum trading days and reaching the consistency score required for payout, I had one losing trade close at a loss of $1,492 plus $7.5 commission. This loss did not exceed 1% of the starting balance — it was 0.945% excluding commission, and 1% including it — in neither case did it exceed the 1% threshold. I contacted support the first time and was told everything was fine. After I completed the payout requirements, I was suddenly told this was considered a rule breach. What's more, the account remained active the entire time — I could still place trades, and it never auto-closed the way their own policy states it should if an actual breach occurs. I opened a ticket through PropFirmMatch (the mediating platform), and on August 20 the firm confirmed in writing via email that "the account is still live and active." Their official published policy states the account is permanently closed automatically only if floating PnL drops below -1% of the starting balance — a threshold I never exceeded. Over time, the account went on to generate an unrealized profit of approximately $7,341 (balance reaching $157,341), and their own dashboard continued to show the account as "Active/Funded" with no drawdown limits breached. Despite all this, the firm eventually admitted their support team had given me incorrect information initially, but insisted the breach still occurred "technically" the moment the floating loss touched the 1% mark (including commission) — regardless of the fact that their system never closed the account. As a resolution, they offered me a free replacement account instead of simply closing the original without compensation. But that would mean forfeiting the profit I had actually earned and starting over from zero — not a fair outcome for a dispute.

One of the biggest positives for me is that AquaFunded offers **MatchTrader**. I trade multiple positions at a time, and MatchTrader makes managing trades and setting stop losses across multiple positions very easy. The platform has also been extremely reliable for me. I haven’t experienced any outages or technical problems while trading, which is important because I’ve experienced platform downtime with other prop firms in the past. I also really like the **AquaFunded dashboard**. It’s clean, easy to navigate, and makes it simple to keep track of important account metrics such as Daily Drawdown and Maximum Drawdown. What has impressed me most recently, though, has been the **customer service**. I had an account issue that I raised with AquaFunded, and Ryan took the time to communicate with me directly, listen to my concerns, and work with me toward an amicable solution. He remained professional and responsive throughout the process. No prop firm is going to be perfect for every trader, but how a company responds when there is a disagreement or problem says a lot. My experience dealing with AquaFunded has shown me that they are willing to communicate with their traders and work toward reasonable solutions. Overall, I’ve enjoyed trading with AquaFunded and appreciate the way they handled my situation.

Aqua Funded is by far the best prop trading firm I've worked with! The website is so user friendly with a clean dashboard that gives traders full visibility into their performance and how they are tracking on the key metrics needed to pass a challenge or earn the next payout. Their trading rules are clearly written such that each trader fully understands exactly what it takes to be successful on the platform. Aqua Funded also has best in class customer service with real time responses to your questions at seemingly all hours. Ryan specifically is the best customer service professional I have ever interacted with across any industry (let alone trading) as he is always happy to quickly answer any questions or resolve any issues and is always so helpful and positive. Yesterday when I told him I received my latest payout he genuinely was happy to hear and said he is looking forward to many more for me. I've never seen that type of true care for my success as a trader anywhere else. Thank you Ryan for the consistent outstanding help and encouragement and for giving me full confidence that Aqua Funded is the right place for my trading journey. Lastly, Aqua Funded has recently greatly improved its payout times as I received my latest payout yesterday in a matter of minutes after qualifying (previously there was a few day lag). Trading conditions are very good, spreads on commodities are better than most brokers. Support is very good and interactive. The overall dashboard is user‑friendly, easy to understand and read. It shows your daily drawdown left and overall drawdown, which helps with extreme risk management. Very good experience with them and no hidden rules
