Hello, I am SachinM I want to share my experience about this firm called For Traders I had a Funded account with them. Trading Condition: The trading conditions were very good, I managed to pass the account and get payout trading only one single asset us100, the spreads on other assets were also good I also took some trades on them but my focus was only on us100. Getting payout: I wad able to request a payout in 14 days after my first after getting funded account then after payout request my payout was processed within 24 hours.

What I liked most about ForTrader was how transparent and fair the challenge felt. The rules were clear, the execution was smooth.
The only thing I liked the least was the trailing drawdown and consistency rule. While I understand why it’s there to promote discipline, it can feel a bit restrictive at times. Having a fixed drawdown or more flexibility with consistency would make the experience even better.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against For Traders Prop Firm, a company I have been trading with since 18th June, 2025. I like the firm's dashboard and the bit customer care. Even their trading condition is good so I like it.
Their unfair and unclear rules. This 40% claimed margin rule should be a system automated rule which does not even allow a trader to breach such rules. Margin rules is always automated and even when I enquired before I commenced trading on this funded account when I saw such rule on the form contract, I was told that it is difficult to determine the rules so it is the system that does not allow a trader execute any trades that's above the 40% margin.

For Traders Prop Firm's reason for breach is based on the 40% Margin rules which states that you cannot use more 40% of your available margin on a single trade or multiple trades. In my case, the firm alleges that I breached this rule on: 1. *September 5th, 8th, 9th, and 11th, 2025*: Exceeding the allowed margin limit on these dates. 2. *October 2nd, 2025*: Breaching the margin rule again with two trades (0.05 and 0.02 lot sizes) that resulted in a profit of $306.09. Their email indicated that I breached this rule only with that of 0.02 lot that resulted in a profit of $101.64
Summary
Formal Complaint Against For Traders Prop Firm Dear Prop Firm Match, I am writing to file a formal complaint against For Traders Prop Firm, a company I have been trading with since 18th June, 2025. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue amicably, I have been treated unfairly and inconsistently, and I believe that For Traders has acted in bad faith. Background I passed the evaluation for a 6k 1 Step Account with a trailing drawdown rule and was funded. I made trades on the account, and after recovering from a drawdown, I had made over 3% profits, meeting almost all the requirements for a payout. However, just as I was about to complete the last profitable day required for payout, For Traders sent me a notification email claiming that I had violated the 40% margin rule on several occasions, dating back to September 5th, 8th, 9th, and 11th, 2025. This notification came almost three weeks after the alleged violations, and only after I had recovered my account and was nearing payout. I responded to the email, questioning the timing of the notification and asking for clarification on the maximum lot sizes for specific instruments. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, For Traders reset my account without further discussion. After the reset, I continued trading on the account and made two trades on October 2nd, 2025, which resulted in a profit of $306.09. For Traders congratulated me on my performance, stating that I was a top 10% trader and sent me a certificate. However, just a day later, they sent me another notification claiming that I had breached the 40% margin rule again, and proposed resetting my account to its initial balance. I strongly objected to this proposal, citing the inconsistent treatment and lack of transparency. For Traders responded by stating that the account breach was valid and that the only resolution was a full reset of the account to the starting balance. They gave me two options: accept the reset or close the account permanently. Complaints 1. Unfair treatment: For Traders' actions demonstrate a clear lack of fairness and transparency. They allowed me to trade on the account, congratulated me on my performance, and then retroactively claimed a rule breach. 2. Inconsistent application of rules: For Traders' rules seem to be applied arbitrarily, with different standards for different traders or situations. This is evident in the fact that they congratulated me on my performance before claiming a rule breach. 3. Delayed notification: For Traders' delay in notifying me of the alleged rule breach is unacceptable. I was not given the opportunity to adjust my trading strategy or take corrective action. 4. Lack of clarity: For Traders' rules and policies are unclear, leading to confusion and frustration. Request for Resolution I respectfully request that Prop Firm Match investigate this matter and take the following actions: 1. Overturn the decision to reset my account. 2. Allow me to continue trading on the account without penalty or restriction. 3. Provide a clear and transparent explanation of the rules and policies governing the account. 4. Take steps to ensure that For Traders' treatment of traders is fair, consistent, and transparent. I want to start by mentioning their support services — they’ve built a great system that provides instant and clear answers to every question. That was really helpful for me. As for the trading conditions, they were average overall. Sometimes the stop loss didn’t execute exactly at the set level.
