I was recently denied a payout due to “bot-like activity.” After reviewing this claim, I did my own research and found that the platform used (Match-Trader via manager.maven.com) does not provide direct support for external bot automation or API-based trading in a standard way. More importantly, my actual trading behavior clearly reflects manual discretionary execution: – Partial closes within trades – Manual exits before TP – Multiple stop-loss adjustments during active trades – Mixed outcomes (TP, SL, and early manual closes) On lower timeframes, multiple valid setups can form within the same session. I don’t randomly overtrade—I execute selectively and sometimes scale into positions when confirmations align with my strategy. My execution pattern is also inconsistent in a way that is typical of manual trading: – Varying lot sizes – Irregular timing between trades – Different trade durations I understand that high-frequency scalping and activity across different times may raise questions. However, this is based on my strategy and market conditions, not automation. I’m open to a transparent review of my full trading history. All I’m asking for is a fair evaluation based on actual evidence rather than assumptions. My account id :817607

(I have Proof of everything) I had high hopes for Maven Trading as a prop firm, affordable challenges, straightforward rules, and promises of fair payouts. I passed their 2-step challenge legitimately, trading XAUUSD based on my own technical analysis during early morning sessions. Only 5 trades over a month, all manual, with standard 1:1 RR and 2.5-5% risk nothing fancy. But after requesting my payout, everything unraveled. They suddenly accused me of "coordinated group trading" or "group hedging" based on a vague "investigation report" into 50,000 accounts. They shared a 5-page PDF with my account lumped in with four others as "examples." The report claims synchronized entries, uniform strategies, and geographic clustering as evidence. Sounds damning, right? Except when I dug into the trade logs they provided, it fell apart completely. No Overlaps with Most "Group" Members: One account had ZERO trades on any of my five trading days (22/07, 23/07, 06/08, 12/08, 15/08). How is that "synchronized"? Massive Time Gaps: Two others only traded on 06/08—and their entries were 4+ hours after mine (mine at 05:26, theirs at 09:45 and 09:51). In fast-moving XAUUSD, that's not copying; that's a different market session entirely. Imprecise and Mismatched Trades: The fourth had a 12-min delay on 06/08 (too sloppy for real copy trading) and on 23/07, we both went long (buy), but I profited while they lost. Copy trading mirrors results; hedging requires opposite directions. Neither fits. I explained all this in a Discord chat with their COO, providing timestamps and logic. He dismissed it outright, withheld my withdrawal "pending review," and stonewalled me. Only after I posted a factual review on Trustpilot did their Director of Data Analytics send the report, dated 16 August 2025, but apparently not scrutinized for my case. It's a cookie-cutter doc with screenshots of trade tables that don't align at all. Maven's "analysis" relies on broad patterns (e.g., everyone from the same district trading gold) without account-specific proof like IP sharing or comms logs. It's lazy guilt-by-association, punishing legit solo traders in a massive dragnet. The scale (50k accounts!) screams overreach, and it erodes trust in an industry already rife with red flags. Despite this, COO and Director of Data Analytics dismissed my rebuttals on Discord, freezing my withdrawal and ending talks after my Trustpilot review, demanding I “be honest” about nonexistent group ties. No IP logs or comms evidence was shared, just a blanket accusation. Payouts frozen, account flagged, and zero recourse. If you're considering Maven, think twice, especially if you're in a high-density trading area or like gold. Demand transparency upfront, and have a backup firm ready.Prop trading should empower traders, not ensnare them in baseless paranoia.

Alleging coordinated group trading or hedging without any proof or evidence

Summary

The denial of my payout by Maven Trading stems from their "Investigation Report: Suspicious Trading Activity – 50k 2-Step Accounts" (16 Aug 2025), which alleges coordinated group trading or hedging based on an analysis of trading data, IP addresses, and account registration details. The report identifies 50,000 accounts exhibiting identical patterns—same district, exclusive XAUUSD trading, synchronized entry times within a minute, uniform 1:1 risk-to-reward (RR) ratio, and high-risk 2.5-5% per trade—suggesting a localized group operation. My account was flagged alongside other traders, but the trade logs contradict these claims: one account shows no trades on my dates (07-22, 07-23, 08-06, 08-12, 08-15), and two others lag 4+ hours on 08-06 (09:45/09:51 vs. my 05:26), and 10045640 has a 12-min gap on 08-06 and a profit/loss mismatch on 07-23. Despite clarification of 35+ accounts and no specific evidence (e.g., shared IPs), COO and team ended discussion
