Summary of the Issue QT Funded denied my payout on the basis of “One-Sided Betting.” However, their classification contradicts both their own definition and the actual behavior of my trades. Key Facts (Objective Evidence) 1. All trades were risk-managed and independent Each position had a predefined stop-loss No averaging-down No increase in exposure after losses Risk per trade: 0.2–0.5% RR ≈ 1:2 No grid, no martingale, no recovery attempt 2. The final result was a net loss → This alone proves the trades were not recovery-based betting be...

One-Sided Betting
Summary
QT denied my payout by labeling my trades as “One-Sided Betting,” but the decision is subjective, unsupported by any objective rule, and not aligned with the actual behavior of my trades. I asked QT’s Risk Team to provide: • the official measurable criteria • number of trades required • time window • exposure thresholds • what defines “stacking” QT explicitly responded that: “There is no fixed metric; decisions are case-by-case.” (Complete chat record attached) This means: • the rule cannot be followed, • cannot be verified, • and is applied entirely at QT’s discretion. A payout denial based solely on a non-quantifiable, non-verifiable rule lacks objective justification. My trades were fully risk-managed (each with SL, no averaging-down, no exposure increase, risk 0.2–0.5%), and do not meet QT’s own behavioural definition of One-Sided Betting.

Submitted my payout request for more than a week. Contacted support, zero response. And it's only a 3 figure payout request. Sorry to say that the bad reviews circulating around the internet about this firm is true, and I regret that I ignored it.

AVOID! (and this is coming from a profitable position!) Terrible customer service and complaint resolution including from one of the co-founders, and the company generally. My account was affected by CME Data Issue, however, my positions were in crypto, which was not affected by CME. QT System closed my account as breached, while it was in a positive balance, holding 5 profitable active crypto positions in ETHUSD and DOTUSD. They closed them at a loss even though they were in healthy profit, with stop losses at break-even. QT attempted to resolv...

I purchased four funded accounts from QT during their Black Friday sale — two 200K PRIME 2-Step and two 200K PRIME 3-Step accounts — because I trusted the rules and the advertised reliability. I traded responsibly and followed strict risk management. My USD/CAD entry was around 1.40300 with a stop loss at 1.4023, keeping my maximum loss around $2,900 per account. Daily loss limit = $8,000 Max loss limit = $20,000 I did not breach any rule. However, the following morning, all four accounts were suddenly marked as breached, showing: • Closed price:...

The trading conditions initially looked good — tight spreads, smooth execution, and a user-friendly dashboard. On paper, the rules seemed straightforward and fair, which is why I trusted them enough to purchase multiple accounts, but turned out to be a big scam.
The firm wrongly breached my account without any valid rule violation, provided zero explanation, and completely failed to respond to support tickets. The lack of transparency and customer support is unacceptable, and traders deserve far better than this.

Summary
The breach occurred on all four of my QT accounts at the same time, despite the fact that I had strict stop-losses placed and was well within every risk rule. I entered a USD/CAD trade around 1.40300 and placed a stop loss at 1.4023, which capped my risk to approximately $2,900 per account. The daily loss limit for each account is $8,000 and the max loss limit is $20,000 — none of these were even close to being violated based on my risk. However, the next morning, QT marked all four accounts as breached, with the system showing: • Closed price: 1.39057 • Loss: ~20,000 USD per account • Reason: Max loss triggered This breach is invalid because: ✔ 1. The price 1.39057 never occurred in the real market On every legitimate data source (TradingView, broker feeds, and other prop firms), USD/CAD did not drop anywhere close to 1.39057. ✔ 2. My stop loss at 1.4023 was never touched The market never moved enough to activate my SL. This means the trade should have closed at -$2,900, NOT -$20,000. ✔ 3. I had identical trades on other prop firm Those trades remained open and eventually went into profit, which proves the price QT used was inaccurate. ✔ 4. QT executed a massive loss using a price that never existed This caused the system to force a wrongful max-loss breach on all four accounts.

After passing the two evaluations and waiting for the account to be funded, they came up with a Phase 1 trade claiming I "exceeded the risk limit" by risking 4.33% of the account. This wasn't the case; the account wasn't even at 1% drawdown that day.

Today there's been an extremely sketchy situation with the CME Data Glitch, they just sent an email about the glitch saying "the user is responsible for the risk" and just 20 minutes after thousands of people got their accounts breached with unreal price & slippage movement. A drop in every pair no open trade could stand. For reference: for a minute GBPUSD ask price was: 1.32550 and the bid price was: 1.30200 (no typos were made) at the same time. The real price at that moment was: 1.32110 - this happened to all pairs, and you can't see this action...

QT Funded – This Has Gone Too Far I am beyond frustrated. I have now experienced two identical account breaches on my instant account, both happening just hours before payout. The first time, I was shocked. The second time, I’m furious. Both times, the breach was caused by a fake 1-second trade that never actually existed. I had no open positions, no rule violations, and my risk management was perfect. And yet, the system decided to take my account and my payout away — hours before it was due. The first time, QT Funded reviewed my case and restored my account, admitting it was a system error. I trusted that it was a one-off mistake. But now it has happened again, with the exact same “phantom trade” and the same ridiculous timing. I have proof of everything — screenshots, trade logs, timestamps — showing that these breaches were completely invalid. This is not opinion; it is fact. Do you know what it feels like to trade hard, follow every single rule, be disciplined, and then have your account destroyed for something you didn’t do? To see your payout vanish because of a technical error that’s completely out of your control? This is not just unfair — it’s disrespectful and insulting. It’s one thing to have a mistake, but to have it happen twice, right before you earn your payout, looks either like gross negligence or something worse. QT Funded, I have lost all trust. My effort, time, and discipline mean nothing if your system can wipe it out in a second. I cannot recommend your platform to anyone until you fix these recurring, absurd, and damaging errors.

I completed QT’s instant $50k account challenge and passed with 5% profit, following all rules consistently. My stop loss was set at 4212 in XAU/USD, well within the allowed risk. After submitting my payout, QT falsely claimed I set it at 42121, saying I exceeded 1895% risk—which is completely untrue. I contacted support multiple times with proof, but my payout was still denied. This lack of transparency and fairness is extremely disappointing. I advise caution before using QT.

Rejecting payout
QT denied my legitimate payout despite me following all rules and completing the challenge successfully. They made a false claim about my stop loss (saying I risked 1895%) and their support was unhelpful in resolving the issue. The lack of transparency and fairness is very disappointing.
