I tried to reach live chat support, seeing my concern noone from support team connected that chat support. Tried to ask question in QT discord server, moderator replied it was global issue. Their customer support blocks you if you try to bring the issue in discord. Stay away from this type of prop firm.

Using the reason of CME Data Glitch to breach my both 50k Funded Account; same happen to other funded traders; I was holding a Sell position with set SL at 1.32328， TP at 1.3124，lot size 3, open price 1.32203, but the prop firm breach my acc, it was shown on dashboard, the price went 1.33497 as close price, which result to -7.06% drawdown; was trying to reach their Live chat support, but none was responding for 30minutes, diving into discord channel, the support agent is just spamming the announcement link, very poor behavior, very not recommended...

There service was the best. And I got 50% OFF + FREE Account on purchase. But I breach my account. I will come back. And I will buy another challenge. And I hope I will clear this account.

I took 3 payouts from QT, and the first 3 payouts were processed very quickly. But when I requested the 4th payout, it took a full week for the money to arrive. When I asked questions about the delay in the payout, they accused me of violating the one-sided betting rule and banned me. I had only taken 2% overall risk on open positions, while the rule allows up to 2.5%. I also had a maximum of only 2 open positions at any time, yet they still banned me calling it one-sided betting."

Very prompt with account credentials, the dashboard is also user-friendly. I'll recommend it to my friends and family interested in trading. All the rules are clear to understand

I bought an account for only $13. I received the account, then completed the first and second challenges, and also got the funded account. I haven't withdrawn yet, so I'll participate in a withdrawal later if I get it. The spread is good, and I haven't had any problems with the company so far.

After successfully completing both phases, they said I violated the "all or nothing" rule by allegedly setting a stop loss on a trade that would lead to a loss of -500.000%. They denied me access to my account and told me to start both phases again. Most likely because the first time I completed both phases, I didn't receive a single stop loss and closed two accounts with only six trades.

QT Funded denied my payout three times, always with the same excuse: a “news violation”… even when the news had absolutely nothing to do with the instrument I traded. This last time was the worst: I traded NASDAQ, but they claimed I violated news related to the CAD. Different asset, different market, zero correlation. Total nonsense.
