Summary
I have been trading for some time and recently experienced a serious issue with QT that I believe needs to be addressed. Two of my accounts were stopped out at levels that did not match the stops I had correctly placed. I understand spread and volatility, but in this case the market was moving in my favor, I was in profit, and my stop was clearly set — yet the execution pushed me out by an unreasonable margin. What concerns me the most is that I had open positions with other prop firms at the exact same time, under the same market conditions, and none of them experienced this problem. This makes it clear that the issue comes from QT’s broker, not from market behavior and certainly not from my trading decisions. I reported this because it is important for traders to feel protected and treated fairly. I am submitting a formal claim for both accounts, as I believe the execution error was on QT’s side. I hope the company reviews this carefully and takes responsibility where appropriate. Respect and transparency are essential in this industry.

My experience with QT Funded was far from good. The biggest issue is their customer support — it’s practically non-existent. I had to wait more than 120 minutes every time just to get a response, and even then, no real solution was offered to my problem. It feels like they don’t prioritize their traders at all. The delay in support makes the whole process, from trading queries to payout concerns, unnecessarily stressful. A prop firm should give traders confidence and timely help, but unfortunately QT Funded failed to deliver that.

QT Funded Review 🚀 Tried QT Funded recently. Setup was easy, dashboard clean, and support team is very responsive 👌. Trading conditions are fair with good profit splits. But ⚠️ rules can be strict (hard breach risk) and I’ve seen mixed reports on payouts — mine was okay, but not everyone’s smooth. Overall, solid firm if you read the rules carefully.

What I like most about QT Funded is their responsive customer support and the simple sign-up process. The dashboard is easy to navigate, and their profit split offer is quite competitive compared to many other prop firms.
What I liked the least is that some of the rules aren’t fully clear, especially around breaches. I’ve also seen cases where payouts can be delayed or questioned, which makes it a bit risky for traders who rely on timely withdrawals.

Good customer care and fair pricing, but trading rules (spread, slippage, execution quality, and trailing drawdown / consistency calculations) are too strict especially wide spreads , Put stop loss with in 1 minute and the trailing drawdown / consistency rule feel designed to inflate losses and force traders out, making trading very frustrating.

The trading conditions on this firm are top notch, execution is ok. the zero spreads is exactly zero, have had so many trades i got stopped out by a tick on other accounts but not on this one. Customer service have a little bit of delay, but they always come through.
