MT5 with an average spread of 30 for xauusd, fast execution. The dashboard is user-friendly just that the trading days and trade history take soo long to update. The KYC procedure is seamless via Verrif. For now i have received my stage 2 credentials instantly after passing stage 1 on power plan. As for support assistant, the discord sever is fair. Hopping for the best with them!

I’ve had a funded account with Quanttekel since march, and everytime I had a decent payout, they’ve tried to breach me. Any payout less than 1k has been processed successfully but anything over 2k is an issue. I got the funded account in march 18 2025 and right away I got restricted to 3 lots max per day and had to made 0.5% for 5 days of every payout cycle of 14 days. I was fine with it as I figured it was their way of mitigating risk. My first payout was $530 and it got processed approved, then I made $4.6k in the next payout. The risk team sent m...

No using a stop loss
Summary
They claimed I didn’t use a stop loss in my trades which was mandatory in the plan I got (flagship plan) I never used a stop loss in the account from the first trade I took and I got approved for 3 payouts on the same account. I also have proof where the CEO Alex confirmed it wasn’t mandatory for me to use a stop loss in feb before I started trading the funded account. That wasn’t the first time they tried to deny my payout. Anytime I have a substantial payout they come up with a reason to deny. I spoke to the risk department and after showing them an irrefutable proof that even the ceo confirmed I was fine not using a stop loss because the plan I got has a equity stop loss of 1.5% so I wouldn’t even get to the max risk exposure before I got stopped out. The risk team assured me they’ll escalate my case to upper management but Instead to just denied my payout and breached my funded account

They breached my account for "news trading", but I opened both trades more then 30 minutes after red folder news. But the craziest part is that they accused for news trading on June 24th and June 25th, and I got that payout already. I requested next withdrawal on July 19th and they declined and breached my account for trades that didn't even count for my payout.

I didn’t get my payout, from July 3rd-July 18th. And they sent me I was “trading news” on June 24th and 25th, and I was paid for that. And those two days I opened both positions more then 30 minutes after red folder news!!!
