Great Experience so far with QT, even tho at funded stage i have got capped due to my previous trading behaviour and also had to complete risk interview. managed to get a payout and a same size free account thanks to one of their promotions. great customer service from diamond in the discord server and jason (i believe) from risk team who helped me through out the whole process. so now i do believe the fact that as long you follow their rules and don’t try to cheat the system, you gonna get your payout and what you deserve.

What I liked least about the firm was the lack of transparency and accountability — especially enforcing undisclosed rules and denying payouts without proper proof or communication. Also the dashboard doesn’t allow me to view the certificates anymore

When I requested my payout, I received an email from the Risk team stating that I had breached a trading restriction — specifically, a 2-lot maximum per day. According to them, I exceeded this limit on one of my trading days, which they claimed invalidated my eligibility for payout. They even included a screenshot of the trades in question. I was confused, as I had never been made aware of this 2-lot restriction. I reached out via live chat, and the support advisor confirmed that I was indeed under such a restriction and said an email had been sent to inform me on April 10th. However, I never received this email. I thoroughly searched my inbox, spam, junk, and every other folder — and there was no record of any such message. Despite explaining this, the firm stood by their claim that the email had been sent and refused to process my payout. This lack of clear communication and refusal to provide concrete proof of notification is deeply concerning.

I joined Quant Tekel recently and was pleasantly surprised. The evaluation process was smooth, and customer support was responsive. There were some minor tech issues during peak hours, but overall, the experience has been solid. Definitely one of the more promising newer prop firms out there.

They have great customer support and good trading conditions. The only drawback I can see is their consistency score requirement. I also like the fact that they made their challenges affordable for everyone. In terms of slippage, so far I have not experienced anything out of the ordinary.
