We apologize for the disruptions and inconvenience regarding broker changes. We understand how frustrating this is for traders, so we've since then addressed this issue by investing significant amount of funds into various improvements. We are now building our own P5 broker, will will result in uninterrupted trading for our clients. In addition, we will have customer care improvements.

This company's spread is a major weakness. The support team on discord is very fast, I appreciate this. The goal needs to be achieved in the best phase 1 in the industry, this is without question. They should respond to bad reviews on truspilot to build traders' trust

They migrated to a new broker from Malaysia, just terrible. Huge spreads, the worst I have seen. The swaps (to keep open a position from one day to the next one) were always terrible, impossible to swing trade. Plus, they have 4% daily drawdown, unlike 5% with other firms so it is way easier to breach your account. They have aggressive discounts now to lure in new customers, but it is not worth it. Moreover, they just raised their prices, so it is not that cheap anymore. Better spend a fee extra dollars and go to a well-known prop firm with better b...

I start my challenge with this prop to test their product and service. Mostly I trade from mobile phones on the MT5 platform after analyst with a Computer. After I passed both steps with this firm and waited 9 days, (just time to wait 6 working days + weekend 2 days) and finally after I had worked hard to ask for my funded account AscendX Capital mentioned that I used HFT and screenshot with my trading history that shows as I am trading from a mobile phone as HFT and ask me to trade phase 2 again Does manually trading from mobile phone judged as HFT...

I took a chance on this new firm. Pleasant surprise. It seemed too good to be true so I waited for a payout before review. Dashboard needs updating but functional. Conditions satisfactory. Discord support excellent. Very respectful to clients and quite patient. Payout process extremely smooth within an hour in my case. Choice of mt5 and ctrader Has been the best experience for me after 5 years trading
