My funded account of almost 5 months was breached unexpectedly.
My funded account of almost 5 months was breached unexpectedly. My last payout was received at the beginning of December, after waiting 3 weeks. Since then, I've only placed small 0.01 lot trades due to their 30-day inactivity rule and haven't engaged in any other trading. I received an email regarding the termination of my funded account after I reached out to their email support. This was because I qualified for their newly introduced growth plan and requested a 10% account balance increase. A few minutes later, I received the account termination email. This can be verified by looking at the times the emails were sent. My emails were never answered when I inquired about the reason for my account's termination. It seems like the company may have financial issues, based on website traffic and the most recent payout issues/delays

Thank you for sharing your experience with Alpha Capital. It's reassuring to hear that the dashboard was intuitive and provided all the necessary stats for your trading needs. However, high commissions and delays in receiving credentials post passing Phases 1 and 2 can be frustrating. It's commendable that you didn't experience any slippage in your trades.
