Accepted Answer

Listing is free. There is no application fee and no cost to appear on Prop Firm Match, and your PFM Business dashboard is included. Optional paid products are available separately, but none are required to be listed or to rank.

How do I join the Marketplace as a service provider?

Accepted Answer

Submit your company profile, service details, and supporting documents through PFM Business. Each application is reviewed first from a commercial perspective and then for compliance before we get back to you with the next steps. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, and no information will be made public until the review process is complete.

How are service providers reviewed before going live?

Every provider completes a verification review before being listed. We assess the company, its services, supporting documentation, and relevant operational or compliance information to confirm that it meets our Marketplace standards. This review reflects the information available at the time and does not constitute an endorsement. We may periodically review listed providers and remove any that no longer meet our criteria.

Is the Marketplace free for firms?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the Marketplace is free for firms to use. You will also have access to PFM-exclusive negotiated offers, which may be better than standard direct pricing, depending on the provider.

Each offer is shown on the provider’s profile before you request an introduction, so you can review the terms in advance. You’ll also get personalized support from our team to help you choose the provider that best fits your needs.

Does Prop Firm Match rank providers based on who pays the most?

Accepted Answer

No. Directory positions are not for sale, and providers cannot pay to move up the organic results or outrank a competitor. Listings are ordered by relevance to your search.

Providers are approved against the applicable category criteria. Commercial arrangements are handled separately and do not influence approval. Any paid placement is clearly labelled as such.
