What Happened

Previously, traders could only use Lucid Trading’s website to complete tasks such as requesting payouts and opening support tickets.

According to the firm, traders can use the mobile app to:

• Request payouts
• Catch “case drops”
• Check the leaderboard
• Open support tickets
