GENERAL RULES

News Trading Rule

• You may hold trades and trade during news events
• Avoid opening, closing (TP, SL or manual) or adding to positions within 3 minutes before or after any high impact news release or speech on affected instruments, as that can be identified as excessive risk
• This applies to all programs (Ability Challenge, Ability One, FTP(instant funding))
• Violation is a hard Breach
• All FOMC events such as meetings, statements, press conferences, speeches, and related releases are treated as major news events under this rule, regardless of their impact rating (low, medium or high impact) on any economic calendar

Expert Advisors (EAs)

• EAs are allowed if they follow prohibited-strategy rules and are not sourced from third-party signals

Scalping Rule

• Scalping is allowed
• However, if trades are closed within two minutes or less or those resembling arbitrage are prohibited and may lead to action from the Risk Team

Copy Trading

• Copy trading is allowed between your own accounts within Audacity Capital
• Copying from an external account is allowed only if the account belongs to you
• Third-party copying is not permitted
• Audacity Capital's partnership with Prop Firm One enables you to extend your copy trading capabilities even further. PF1 allows traders to seamlessly copy trades across different proprietary firm accounts within a single platform, offering increased flexibility and a broader range of opportunities. This means that, in addition to Audacity Capital's internal copy trading feature, PF1 empowers users to manage trades across multiple firms, enhancing scalability and trading efficiency without breaching Audacity Capital's core rules. Inactivity Rule

• Both Ability accounts (all stages) and the Funded Trader Program(Instant Funding) have a 6 month inactivity period
• No trade within this period will result to account breach

Weekend Holding/Trading(crypto)

• Allowed

Max Lot Limit

• There are no overall lot size restrictions on the account, but each individual open position is limited to a maximum of 10 lots as a risk management measure by the provider

VPN/VPS Policy

• VPN use is generally prohibited due to IP tracking and server misuse risks, but may be allowed with valid justification and approval
• VPS use is permitted for running EAs, provided it doesn't cause server abuse

ABILITY CHALLANGE & ABILITY ONE

• Minimum Trading days
  • Evaluation: 3 days for Ability One (1-step) & 4 days for Ability Challange (2-step)
  • Funded: None

FUNDED TRADER PROGRAM

• Minimum Trading days: 5 Days
• Minimum Profitable Days: 3 out of the 5 trading days

• Ability One

  • Payout: Bi-weekly
  • Profit Share: Starts at 75% and increases to 85% if the profit generated is equal to or exceeds 10%. Profit split increases to 90% with consistent perfomance and adherence to the scaling plan.

• Ability Challenge

  • Payout: Bi-weekly
  • Profit Split: 75% Profit split for profits below 10% | 85% Profit split for profits over 10% within 30 days | 90% profit split for profit over 10% after scaling twice.

Scaling Plan

• Scale up to: $2M

• Ability Challenge/Ability One

  • Eligibility: Traders must demonstrate a monthly profitability of at least 2.5% for the 3 consecutive months.
  • Scaling Increase: The account balance is doubled (100% increase) during each scaling event.
  • Review Cycle: The account is reviewed every 3 months. Traders must make at least one withdrawal within this period.
  • Withdrawal Requirement: To be eligible for scaling, the trader must first place a withdrawal request after meeting the scaling criteria.
  • Scaling Process: Once the withdrawal has been reviewed and approved, the account will be eligible for the 100% balance increase. Scaling will only be applied after the payout has been approved.

  • Increase: Account doubles every time you hit the 10% profit target (any timeframe).
