I can't complain on anything about the firm, but the only issue I have is on the payout and maybe it is because it is my first one, my first experience to receive the payouts. But generally I see and have no complain on the rest of the services.

They have got direct answers. You get answered straight to the point.
I don't like it that the dashboard does not show that your payout is being processed hence leading to multiple requests.

Purchased over a year ago, trialled several strategies until I found "the one/ones". Passed challenge and verification without any issues. Managed to accrue 3% within first 14 days of live phase and I have been just emailed from the Risk management team that my payout has been approved. Very user friendly dashboard, customer team readily available over WhatsApp if you need any issues. I have purchased a 240k account which should go on soon. Overall, I am really pleased with AudaCity Capital and I will continue investing in their PropFirm.

The best DD on the market, the very complete dashboard, rules are comprehensive yet flexible. Customer support quick and easy.
I would possibly ask for payouts to be quicker, but I understand the need for assessing trading individually hence why it takes slightly longer. Saying that, no obvious "downsides".

What I liked most is the reliable payout process and professional customer support. After successfully reaching my FTP target, I received my payout and progressed to the next account level. Rolando has been particularly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the process, which made my overall experience with Audacity Capital very positive.
The main area I think could be improved is making some trading rules and restrictions more prominent and easier to understand, particularly the rules concerning minimum trade duration and prohibited trading practices. I would also like the trailing maximum daily drawdown information on the dashboard to refresh more frequently with changes in time and equity, so traders can clearly see their current available drawdown while trading. Clearer real-time information and reminders would help traders manage risk and avoid unintentionally breaking a rule. Apart from these points, my overall experience has been positive.

I WILL NEVER TRADE WITH Audacity Capital again, and this experience is exactly why, in my opinion, the prop firm industry has such a bad reputation. I completed 173 trades on this account using my own trading methodology, developed by me. I do not use HFT robots, latency arbitrage, or any strategy designed to exploit execution or platform weaknesses. What I disliked the most was the way my payout was handled. After completing 173 trades and generating legitimate profits, my payout was rejected and my account was breached partly because of only four trades that lasted less than two minutes — just 2.31% of my total trades. Three of those trades were losses and, combined, the four trades actually lost money. In my opinion, the way this was handled shows bad faith, especially because I used the same trading methodology during the evaluation and was approved without any warning or indication that there was a problem. Customer support is another major weakness. There is no proper live chat where you can quickly speak to someone when you have an urgent account or payout issue. You have to rely mainly on email, responses can take days, and even when you receive a reply, the communication is not always clear or helpful. For a company handling traders' money and payouts, I believe customer support should be much faster, more accessible and more transparent.

Summary
The firm denied my payout and breached my account based on alleged Tick Scalping and News Trading. Out of 173 trades completed during the period, they identified only four trades that lasted less than two minutes, representing approximately 2.31% of my total trading activity. Three of those four trades were losses, and the four trades combined resulted in a net loss of approximately $43. They were normal trades where the market reached my Stop Loss shortly after entry, not HFT or automated tick-scalping activity. Despite this, the firm used these four trades as one of the reasons to deny my payout and breach the account.

So if u don’t know, let me tell tht spreads are extremely tight, even during news events especially high impact ones, and by default there is no swap charges for holding overnight , and the best part no manipulation and TP and SL are booked at exact price or 1-2pip spreads Max to Max.
