customer service is not bad. They offer a rich alternative for crypto traders. especially their spredfree options account is ideal for scalp trading. trading from a mobile device is not ideal. i wish they would use the ctrader or metaterader platform.

I have tried 2 other prop firms and they don't come close to BrightFunded. First of all, I trade crypto mostly - and the selection of coins + spread here is by far the best out of all prop firms. I haven't had a single problem yet, platform works amazing, the customer support is friendly and most important they are fast. Overall - a 10 out of 10 experience and I hope for long and successful relationship with them.

My experience trading with this firm was amazing in all aspects. Their website and dashboard is easy to use. the dashboard is clean and has all the necessary information. Not a bad company for crypto, one of the disadvantages is that there is no metatrader, they have their own platform to which you need to get used, a certain constructor, low commissions

The company is suitable for crypto pairs. However, index traders should stay away. There is a terrible slippage. I also think CFT is very irrelevant. Thanks
