I had a funded account with BrightFunded and successfully received my payout. Initially, my account was terminated after the payout due to what was later identified as a mistake by the risk team. After raising the issue, the CEO personally reviewed my case and confirmed the error. My account was fully reinstated, and the situation was handled professionally. I appreciate the transparency and the effort to correct the mistake. Overall, this shows that the firm is willing to take responsibility and support traders when issues arise. Looking forward...

The payout process was smooth and they honored my profit without delay. The platform execution was also stable and overall experience before the issue was good.
The main concern was the initial communication during the account review process, as the explanation provided at the time was limited and caused some confusion. However, after escalation, the firm reviewed the case thoroughly, acknowledged the mistake, and resolved it professionally by reinstating my account. Improving communication and clarity in such situations would further enhance the overall experience.

I am reporting an unacceptable execution anomaly on my account (ID: 32******). I held a Short position on Gold with a Stop Loss set at 4867.00. My position was closed with a massive slippage at 4881.48, representing a 13.5-point (135 pips) gap on a single lot. Why this is a major red flag: Ghost Price Execution: My platform tick logs (which I have saved) show the last 'Ask' price recorded was 4867.94. I enjoy trading with Bright Funded because they are truly well organized, especially when it comes to customer support — they respond without delay. What I like most about Bright Funded is their copy trading system between their accounts.

Overall experience was good. And spreads are competitive. I used ctrader for this challenge particularly. Coming form Mt5 it is smoother but not sure if it was Bright Funded issue or Ctrader issue. But the execution was slightly lacking.

Very good customer support dedicated to my country. We solved my problems quickly. Prop firm also aspire to be top tier firm like FTMO and FN, but rules are a bit strict. Hopefully soon they will be top 3.

Hedging detection system is very strict. Good step would be increasing to two soft breaches, because system is very sensitive and you can easily breach account if you trade multiple assets and strategies.
