I am a long-standing client of CFT and have previously used the platform without issues. After completing all trading requirements, I requested my first 7.4k payout, which was denied due to an “IP match” with another account. CFT confirmed that even in mobile networks using CGNAT - where multiple unrelated users share the same public IP - an IP match alone is considered a violation, regardless of the cause. The payout enforcement policy regarding IP overlap is extremely problematic in mobile and roaming environments using CGNAT. The company places full responsibility on users to avoid shared IP overlap, despite this being technically impossible to control in many mobile networks. In my case, there was no evidence of shared devices, coordinated trading, overlapping sessions, or behavioral correlation, yet the payout was still denied solely due to an IP match.

Summary
My payout was denied due to an alleged “IP match” with another account. The IP belonged to a mobile network using CGNAT, where multiple unrelated users share the same public IP dynamically. I provided technical evidence confirming this, including provider confirmation, MT5 logs, different device identifiers (CID), different client builds, different latency values, and the absence of overlapping sessions or coordinated trading behavior. CFT acknowledged the CGNAT explanation but still stated that any IP overlap alone is considered a violation, regardless of cause or context. The flagged IP was linked only to a login event. Trading activity itself was performed from my stable home network.

Hi Arsenii, We’re sorry to see this review, but we need to clarify that the decision was not based on an IP match alone. Our Risk Team identified repeated violations of Section 7.1 of our Terms and Conditions. The evidence showed that you were using the same IP address as another trader and placing the same trading activity as that trader. When this activity was first detected, the relevant payout was not approved. However, instead of closing your account, we issued a warning and allowed you to continue trading. Unfortunately, the same prohibited activity was identified again afterward. All supporting evidence was provided to you during the review process. Using mobile data or switching between Wi-Fi and mobile networks is allowed, but this case involved several matching factors and repeated trading activity, not simply an isolated shared IP address. These restrictions are clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions and apply equally to all traders. The final decision was made after a complete review of the evidence and the repeated nature of the violation.
