The payout enforcement policy regarding IP overlap is extremely problematic in mobile and roaming environments using CGNAT. The company places full responsibility on users to avoid shared IP overlap, despite this being technically impossible to control in many mobile networks. In my case, there was no evidence of shared devices, coordinated trading, overlapping sessions, or behavioral correlation, yet the payout was still denied solely due to an IP match.

Summary
My payout was denied due to an alleged “IP match” with another account. The IP belonged to a mobile network using CGNAT, where multiple unrelated users share the same public IP dynamically. I provided technical evidence confirming this, including provider confirmation, MT5 logs, different device identifiers (CID), different client builds, different latency values, and the absence of overlapping sessions or coordinated trading behavior. CFT acknowledged the CGNAT explanation but still stated that any IP overlap alone is considered a violation, regardless of cause or context. The flagged IP was linked only to a login event. Trading activity itself was performed from my stable home network.

Hi Arsenii, We’re sorry to see this review, but we need to clarify that the decision was not based on an IP match alone. Our Risk Team identified repeated violations of Section 7.1 of our Terms and Conditions. The evidence showed that you were using the same IP address as another trader and placing the same trading activity as that trader. When this activity was first detected, the relevant payout was not approved. However, instead of closing your account, we issued a warning and allowed you to continue trading. Unfortunately, the same prohibited activity was identified again afterward. All supporting evidence was provided to you during the review process. Using mobile data or switching between Wi-Fi and mobile networks is allowed, but this case involved several matching factors and repeated trading activity, not simply an isolated shared IP address. These restrictions are clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions and apply equally to all traders. The final decision was made after a complete review of the evidence and the repeated nature of the violation.

Summary
Before buying accounts on the 17th I reviewed the company rules, FAQ section and only then I bought 5 accounts ( bought through you). I passed 10% and requested a payout on the first account, I was surprised that I was not paid out in a couple of hours as I always was before. I figured I just had to wait, after that I went through 10% and requested another payout. In the letter about the payout it says that they will make it within 24-48 hours (although in practice they used to pay out quickly) and 45 hours after the first payout request they send a letter refusing to pay out pointing to a rule that was not there when I bought the accounts. At the same time they refuse to pay me on two accounts and block another one where there was an active trade. In March 2023 I got my first live account here and there were many problems, they added rules about 30 seconds, scalping, stop loss etc, I saw many cases when they introduced rules and blocked many people, I always followed the news in discord and FAQ, that's why I read the FAQ before buying and I know that on the 17th those lines were not in that section. This is a new kind of accounts that they added for 7 days, and on the second day of sales I already requested a payout on the first account, but it came out like this, it's just ridiculous and absurd. I demand to unblock one account, make payments on two accounts and give the next level of live account of 5000.

The allocation limit applies to the trader’s total active capital across all Instant Accounts, not only to each account individually or to the accounts from which a payout has been requested. By holding five Instant Accounts at the same time, the permitted maximum allocation was exceeded. The payout decisions and account restrictions were therefore based on this violation and not on an attempt to withhold legitimate funds. We understand that you may disagree with the outcome, but the case was reviewed according to the applicable account rules. We also regret that you did not receive a clear response from support as quickly as expected.

The firm claims that I have multiple CFT users on my specific IP address, which is total rubbish and untrue. checking their profile on trustpilot, I can see that I am not the only one who has been accused of this and I can also see that they only bring this up exactly when you request for payout. the firm is not ready to review their system or work with us for a solution. they just leave me hanging there and refuse to respond to emails. i think this is 100% a scam.
