Prohibited Practices

Quick Strike Method:

• Quick Strike trades are positions closed within 30 seconds. The Quick Strike percentage is the share of total profit from these trades, calculated per trading cycle. A 30% or higher percentage is a violation.

• A 20% warning applies to both Challenge and FundedNext Accounts. At 30%+, Challenge Accounts are placed on hold until the threshold is cleared, while FundedNext Accounts are terminated at the end of the cycle, with all Quick Strike profits forfeited.

Strategy Consistency:

• Utilizing specific asset classes, symbol categories, specific margin or risk usages to pass the evaluation phase and then switching to entirely different asset classes or symbol categories and significantly increasing the margin utilization or risk usages in the FundedNext Account.

Grid Trading:

• Grid trading involves placing multiple buy and sell orders at different price levels above and below the current market price to profit from price fluctuations.

One-Sided Betting:

• One-Sided Betting refers to concentrated directional exposure, such as multiple trades in the same direction or reactive positions, where the outcome depends heavily on a single trade or trade idea. FundedNext restricts this behavior, as it considers such trading gambling rather than consistent, skill-based trading.

Risk Limit:

• FundedNext Accounts have a maximum 3% cumulative risk at any given time, based on potential loss from stop-loss placement and realized/unrealized losses relative to the initial account balance. The limit applies to all trading styles, asset classes, and trades linked to the same trading idea.

Violations:

• 1st violation: Formal warning and 100% deduction of profit generated by the violating trades.
• 2nd violation: Formal warning, 100% profit deduction, and permanent reclassification to a 1% cumulative risk limit.
• Further violations: 100% deduction of profit from the violating trades; losses are recorded without deduction.

Trading Conditions

Copy Trading:

• Copy trading is allowed between Challenge Accounts, with combined capital capped at $300,000 and one account set as the master. Also allowed between Stellar Instant accounts. Not allowed between a FundedNext Account and any other FundedNext Account or Challenge Account, and not allowed between Stellar Instant and Stellar 1-Step, Stellar 2-Step, or Stellar Lite, on either the Challenge or the FundedNext Account, even if they are owned by one person.

EA Usage:

• EAs are available only as an add-on. EAs are only permitted for account sizes under $50,000 and work only on MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5. EAs must be customized to suit your trading style; identical trades across accounts are not allowed. There is a maximum allocation limit of $300,000 for each EA or trading bot's strategy.

News Trading:

• News trading is allowed during the Challenge phase. During the funded phase, trades opened or closed within 5 minutes before or after a listed high-impact news event count for only 40% of the profit. Losses in that window still count in full. The rule covers market orders and pending orders, including take-profit and stop-loss.

Inactivity Rules:

• Challenge Accounts on FundedNext expire after 60 days of inactivity. In order to keep the account active, traders must place a trade on the account within a consecutive 60 calendar days timeframe.

VPN Usage:

• VPNs are allowed on Challenge and FundedNext Accounts. Traders should use a paid VPN and must not connect through IP addresses from restricted countries.
• VPS use is not permitted on accounts of $50,000 or more. For accounts below $50,000, VPS use is allowed on both Challenge and FundedNext Accounts, subject to an additional usage fee.

Shared across all programs

• Minimum payout: $20 for crypto; $50 for Riseworks
• Maximum payout: None
• Processing fee: 3.5% on all payout methods

Stellar 1-Step:

• Profit split: 80%
• Payout frequency: 5 business days
• Payout condition: None

Stellar 2-Step and Stellar Lite:

• Profit split: 80% on the standard route; 60% on the 3-day route; 90% on the on-demand route
• Payout frequency: Standard — first payout after 21 days, then every 14 days. 3-day route — every 3 days. On-demand route — no fixed cycle
• Payout condition: Standard — none. 3-day route — 3 profitable days per cycle, each at least 1%. On-demand route — account up 2% and a 40% consistency rule. The route is chosen at checkout and cannot be changed

Stellar Instant:

• Profit split: 70%, rising to 80% from Tier 3
• Payout frequency: 14 days, or on demand once the account is up 5%
• Payout condition: At least 1% growth for the 14-day payout. 5% growth, checked at end of day, for on-demand. Below 1%, no payout and the cycle extends
