Title: Account terminated over language barrier during compliance session, not trading violation I traded with FundedNext on two accounts (50K and 25K). My KYC was verified by their own system, and I successfully received a Performance Reward of $1,600 from one account before it was suddenly terminated — right when my next payout was just 1 day away. Both my accounts were later terminated citing a "KYC discrepancy" and later "unfair means," following a mandatory live Compliance Session. Their Support is very helpful, their trading conditions like spread is not like others they have larger spread but still good and not very large, their account pricing is good but better when they give discounts.

I lost money on a trade. The trade closed $30 above my stop loss. Normally, I should have lost $2,000, but I lost $4,400. I contacted the company. After reviewing the situation, Fundednext, as a gesture of goodwill, covered the extra loss. I was very pleased with this and happy that I used the right company. This was my first prop firm challenge. The trading conditions were great and now i am in the funded phase. It seems the rules for a payout request Are very nice too :) The Customer Service with their AI bot or the human Agent is very helpful and really friendly too! :) I am excited if the payout requests will work for me now :)

The firm is trader friendly as it is having clear and concise rules and regulations, which help the trader to trade without stress of the payout, and for me i traded with them, everything from buying to trading was a very smooth experience.
