My experience with them so far has been smooth, one thing I do like about them is the fact that their support both on live chat and on the Discord server responds on time which makes it easier to get valid clarifications where needed and the rules? simple and plain. Now with the recent dashboard upgrade a lot of features have been implemented and the whole UI experience is way smoother than before. I believe they're here to stay.
