I passed three $10,000 accounts and I was never given the live accounts. When I tried complaining via discord, they tell me send a mail to their support and then time me out for 7 days. This act of timing me out for one week happened twice. The support never acts on your request despite all their assurances. I have been waiting for the live accounts for over 45 days (6 weeks, 2 days).

My First firm to trade from, Very fast on responding on my questions when I'm having a problem or when I ask something I don't know, (either on discord or in email) One of the best firm so far despite of issues around twitter right now rug pull after rug pull of firms. I had a 300k live account, met all the trading conditions but had a tough start to the year same as most traders. I requested a payout once I recovered and after 21 days this got released, however they immediately blocked me from the discord and emailed terminating account as the trading style did not suit them. I have started legal proceedings against the UK directors to get my refund back + Interest the longer they delay. A contract is a contract and as no breach occurred they have to payout.

I was looking to find more information regarding BFP so I joined their discord. I asked a few questions, regarding where they were based and the ownership which they answered. I then asked what was the reason they were removed from Prop Firm Match. The moderator timed me out for 6 days for no reason at all. Immediate red flag for me and very disappointing customer service.
