FundingTicks offers reasonable profit targets and competitive profit splits, and the evaluation process itself is fairly straightforward. However, the firm has recently introduced multiple rule changes and, more concerningly, applied some of them retrospectively. This creates uncertainty and makes it difficult for traders to plan and manage risk with confidence. In my case, I currently do not have any active challenges, as my funded account was failed before reaching a payout. While platform performance and payouts (when applicable) have generally been reliable, the lack of rule stability and clarity significantly impacts the overall experience. This firm may suit traders who are comfortable adapting quickly to changing rules, but disciplined traders who value consistency and predictability should proceed with caution.

Overall good is good, but dashboard still can improve, customer support sometimes slow but overall is good, 50K only require 2500 profit target, this is good

I recently started using Funding Ticks for their futures prop firm account, and honestly, the experience has been better than what I expected. The registration and account setup were smooth, and I received my login details pretty quickly. I went with the 50k account because the pricing felt reasonable, and the rules were not overly complicated. The trailing drawdown is strict, but at least it’s clear and easy to understand once you trade a few days. What I really liked is how the platform feels more trader-friendly compared to some other prop firms I’ve tried. Their support team replies fast, and they actually explain things properly instead of copying templates. The data feed is stable, and I haven’t faced any random disconnects so far. Overall, Funding Ticks seems like a solid choice for anyone looking to try futures prop trading. I hope they keep improving and stay consistent with their services.

Trading conditions are excellent, The platform is good. Very good customer support, every question will get answer almost instant. Currently on boarding taking much longer time. Please issue the funded accounts in couple of hrs, this will help traders to keep momentum.

it turned bad now. Seen lot of changes. they are beyond industry norms. even i found post payout account breached. after few days of followup restored. again customer support is not upto mark. need improvement else they will persih

That is my first time working with FundingTicks. Support and Customer Team one of the best. A very responsive team that knows how to work with clients. I had some issues, but thanks to the team, everything was resolved quickly. As for payments, they are very fast and accurate. And the prices are among the best in the industry. Honestly My experience with this Firm was great all the way up until last week, with all the technical issues that was going on world wide, and I wasnt the only one with this issue with Tradevocate not executing trades or closing trades, all my Trades were either delayed or didnt work at all, and Tradevocate kept logging me out for some reason, I reached out to Funding Ticks as many others have done, to address this issue, and to our surprise Funding Ticks deflected the problem by trying to say no issues were reported or it maybe our internet thats the issue, but I figured this would happen because when it comes to prop firms any flaws that happen that will give them a reason for them not to pay out some money they will take that opportunity, and I get it, its a business, but if more than one person is saying the same thing at least look into it or reset peoples accounts to the previous end of day balance(as most firms were doing, when this type of thing happens) but I mostly just disappointed TBH because I didn't think that Funding Ticks was like this, I hear nothing but good things about them, never heard anything bad about them, so I used them, passed my account traded on it very well once I had my Master account and then the technical stuff happens and its my week of my payout, and I get told that its basically non existent the issue I was having or it my fault thats some wild stuff to me, and I just wanted them to reset my account to that previous day balance or at least reset the trades for that day due to the fact that whatever was going on with Tradevocate wasnt on the Traders, but I guess that was asking for too much.

As a futures trader, I found their profit target and drawdown structure appealing. They offer simple rules without unnecessary hoops and competitive pricing compared to other prop firms I’ve tried.

they just changed to new rules, very hard trading futures with the rules with them right, now i wouldnt recommmed trading with them, these new rules isnt fit to trade futures

I signed up for a Funding Ticks evaluation in early November 2025, attracted by their advertised payout structure and rule clarity. However, my experience has been disappointing and remains unresolved. During my evaluation, I encountered a platform-side issue — a clear execution delay and price discrepancy on a trade that should have closed in profit. I documented the incident with timestamps and screenshots and submitted a support ticket on November 12. Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times via email and their support portal. As of November 20, I’ve received no response, no acknowledgment, and no resolution. This lack of communication is unacceptable for a firm handling real capital and trader trust. I’ve passed evaluations with other firms and understand the importance of rule enforcement — but silence in the face of a legitimate technical issue is a red flag. Until Funding Ticks addresses this and improves their support responsiveness, I cannot recommend them to other traders. Transparency and accountability are non-negotiable in this space.
