I'm in round 2 at this company. I feel like after 2 hours of buying an account, I passed through round 1 to round 2. The level is quite fast. I will evaluate again when I receive capital and withdraw profits.

A few months back, I went through some tough times that really affected me. This caused me to ignore many areas of my life, including my trading. As a result, my trading account was deactivated because I hadn't used it for a while. Luckily, due to Smart Prop Trader's customer support team, through their act of good faith, I was able to get another chance in trading. Their kindness and efficiency played a key role in helping me return to trading after some personal difficulties. The response I received was not only swift but also incredibly supportive. I want to once again thank them from the bottom of my heart for their kind gesture, and the opportunity they have given me as a trader. I have been trading with SPT since last year and the experience could not be any better. Their customer service is superb, always solve any problems almost instantly. Payout is always fast. In my opinions, SPT is really underrated because they are such a good firm that actually pay traders with very clear and 0 hidden rules. I will continue to work with SPT for a long time.

wow, what can I say - since being introduced to SPT through their trader support programme, which offered traders negatively impacted by other prop firms "going bust" generous discounts - my experience with SPT has been delightful. Most recently I was immediately stopped out due to slippage trying to finish my phase 2 which is normal for all brokers. I did not blame SPT, but just asked their customer service if there was anything they could do - within 20 minutes Briggs gave me a really informative, polite, through and insightful explanation of why slippage happens (I have definitely learnt today). Briggs responded a few moments later with the news that I could almost not believe - that they will reinstate my Phase 2 account. Smart Prop Trader are really the people's Prop Firm - their customer service is exceptional. There was even another time when I lost two accounts due their 30 day inactivity rule, I emailed and SPT also reinstated these accounts - they are beyond gracious and compassionate. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Briggs! and the SPT team.

Smartproptrader is a good prop for traders. Spreads and commissions are not great but good. Customer support is the best in this firm. And upgrading from phase 1 to phase 2 and phase 2 to live account are instant which most props don't. Overall good firm

Got funded an the the whole process was smooth, from the Customer Suppoet agent Steve with instant response and guidance it was awesome. Big ups to Smart prop traders

I personally Got a big problem when trading GBPAUD and my SL got hit when in real life the price did not hit my SL it rather hit my TP, but when I talked the support, someone reply with the name of newman helped me and refunded the money that I lost by the mistake the platform had, thankyou SPT team

Best prop firm at my thought! The customer service is always online and reply in seconds! The payout process very quick and smooth! Damilola and Branden are both good helpful people!

Smart prop trader is one of my favorite trading companies. I've received my payouts in less than 24 hours. They've also never given me an issues with payouts or doing shady stuff like many other firms do. Only thing that I dislike is their trading dashboard, but overall they offer good prices and are a no BS firm.
