They starded they services agin and when otired to get their account they give me a free account, i traded on that and passed that account but after first payout they changed their policy and offer 15% profit share

Well aside them closing and re-opening at around May and then shutting off multiple accounts I although haven't gotten to payout but have certainly heard rumors about the way the strictness of the prop firm

The customer service responded in a timely manner, which is why I'll give them a 3, but they didn't do anything to address my concerns about their system seemingly going against their rules.

The Funded Trader is not the best firm at all. Since their relaunch, they have kept changing rules with little education of the rule changes. They have changed their payout into tiers, with the first being 90%, then the second through fifth being 30%, and the sixth and further 80%, which makes no sense at all. They are constantly making changes, and quite honestly, I must say I do not trust that they can and will be sustainable much longer due to their constant changes and lack of communication about those changes.

I wanted to give them another chance, but the process of reinstating my three 100k accounts has made things more complicated. Initially, I reached out to email support, but I was redirected to live chat. In the end, I had to open another ticket and wait for their response. Now, they've introduced the "Relaunch" option, yet they haven’t provided me with the coupon. Discord support has been useless as well. It’s really hard to trust them a second time.

The Funded Trader is the best firm ever . Low spreads , low comissions and no hidden rules . This firm also offer discount codes every month including 50% off also. Payouts are faster than ever.

i had a great experience being a customer of the funded trader. i found the dashboard informative and easy to use. had a couple of issues with logging into my account but the customer support was quick and very nice. only experienced high slippage on a couple trades. overall would certainly recommend

Im from India some prop firm not giving services India but the funded trader is good firm that give geniune service in India also easy to verify kyc the support system customer care is the best they actually response fast and give you more help to resolve this issue . Also the tft discord server is best give you best discount to purchase challenge in low cost . Overall this is trusted firm . Some negative is some time payout was delayed 2 3 days
