What I liked most initially was that their customer support team was very quick to reply to inquiries, even though in this instance they ultimately refused to help or honor their own policy. Winning the account through a Prop Firm Match YouTube giveaway was an excellent opportunity, and the firm's initial rules and responsive communication seemed highly promising for funded traders.However, any efficiency in their support communication is completely canceled out by their policy practices. It does not matter how fast a support team replies if the firm relies on silent, unannounced rule changes to aggressively strip away profitable accounts from disciplined traders.
What I liked least was their absolute lack of transparency and predatory approach to rule changes. Quietly slashing the inactivity window from 30 days to 7 days on March 29th without a direct notification to existing funded traders is highly unprofessional.Furthermore, their own official documentation explicitly states that they will accommodate exceptions for "vacations or other circumstances" if you contact support. Yet, when I reached out to explain I was away on travel, they completely went against their own written policy and refused to help.

Resumen
I passed a $25k evaluation in January 2026 and was consistently managing the funded account in standard profit (over $500 green). When I signed my contract, the platform utilized an industry-standard 30-day inactivity clause. On March 29th, 2026, the firm quietly changed this policy to a strict 7-day window without sending a direct email notification to existing funded traders. While away on vacation, I received an inactivity alert on May 26th. Operating under the original terms I was active under, I placed a trade to update the account status, assuming I had a standard buffer window. Instead, the account was hit with an automated hard breach exactly 7 days later with zero prior warnings or system emails. Customer support completely refused to honor their own written policy regarding vacation accommodations, using an unannounced rule change to terminate a profitable account.

Have a very good experience from them , customer answer almost instantly. Some rules can be adjusted to give trader more option. About the dashboard it is very good but there is some not useful thing that should be removed

Working with this firm has been a very positive experience from start to finish. Their team was responsive and available to answer questions whenever needed. Resumen
After reviewing your trading activity, we have determined that your evaluation does not meet our risk management standards and has therefore been rejected. During the 2nd payout period, trading behavior demonstrated excessive and inconsistent risk exposure. Specifically, one position generated an outsized gain of +$11,750, while another position resulted in a loss of approximately -$5,800, nearly exhausting the account’s allowable drawdown. This type of “all-in” trading approach reflects unsustainable risk management practices and is inconsistent with the disciplined and professional standards required for funded accounts. Our evaluation process is designed to identify traders who can demonstrate consistency, controlled exposure, and long-term capital preservation. For this reason, we have decided to discontinue our cooperation and terminate your evaluation.
