My experience started off quite frustrating due to delays in support and unexpected account restrictions. Communication during that period was not clear, which made the situation worse. However, after follow-ups, the issue was eventually addressed and things improved. The platform itself works fine, but support response time and transparency need improvement. Overall, not a perfect experience, but it became better after resolution.

i like aquafutures , my experience is very good because i try contact support in discord and is fast repond for my questions and easy talk , and for platform trading i use in this challengfe ProjectX before change to tradovate because ProjectX is removed , thank you all for this experience

I had good experience with Aquafutures, i have not seen them reject a payout but sometimes the support team take time to respond, also the thing i liked the most is that they replaced monthly fee to one time fee which is amazing

The Facts: Technical Failure: While trading, the platform showed "NaN" (Not a Number) values and rejected my orders with the message "Bracket's price cannot be <= 0," preventing me from setting my Stop Loss. Initially, I liked the practical way of operating within the property and the user interface. However, any positive aspect was completely overshadowed by the firm's refusal to honor technical evidence of platform failure.
The worst part is the absolute lack of integrity from the support team. Even though the COO, admitted to platform bugs on Feb 4th and 5th, support lead dismissed my clear evidence of "NaN" values and bracket price errors as "random information". They ignored my $600 profit and used a loss caused by their own system's inability to set a Stop Loss to unfairly close my account. Additionally, the difficulty in tracking performance in the funded account is a major flaw.

My 25k funded account was closed due to a platform bug on Feb 4th, 2026. The system showed "NaN" values and blocked my orders with the error "Bracket's price cannot be <= 0," preventing me from setting a Stop Loss. Despite an official admission of the bug by COO Kyle on Feb 5th, support lead later dismissed my technical evidence as "random information" and refused to restore the account or credit my $600 profit. The breach was caused by their system failure, not my trading.

Ahora he recibido 2 retiros de AquaFutures, el primero tomó más tiempo que lo anunciado pero lo recibí en 6 días. El segundo retiro tardó 11 días en recibirse e incluso aunque anuncian la garantía de retiro de $500 si no se paga dentro de 48 horas hábiles, no me dieron la garantía, solo dijeron que no se aplica a mí y no quisieron dar explicación alguna sobre por qué. Resumen
This breach is understandable if it was mentioned in their payout rules and anywhere, but they also are claiming that my previous profitable trading days do not count and I need to rerecord those along with previous profits I made during this payout cycle I requested for. When talking with the risk team they said that trading days requirement will be reset and other requirements will need to be met to, but when directly asked what are the other requirements they just say the exact same thing over and over without saying which requirements need to be met again.

Want delayed trading? support that doesnt care? confusing dashboard? random trading platform that is hard to setup? all of that in one place? then you are in the right place! this is without even requesting a payout, I wonder what problem they will have with that.. anyways, I would avoid this firm!

Nothing in this firm stands out or better than others, in fact, everything is worse, but the price, the price was to good to be true, which of course proved why its so low, because this firm isn't even worth that low cost.
Seemed pretty decent in the begging, yes the dashboard isn't the best, yes the trading platform wasn't that easy to setup, but you know, nothing that would make it bad.. the evo phase was very clean for me too, nothing to cry about too.. but going to the sim funded phase, this is where things change, when the price is going in your direction, a message in the top left of your screen would pop up saying "Datafeed delayed of xs" (x is the amount of seconds its delayed in of course), I was inside a position and out of no where the delay jumped to 300-400 seconds, you can't even react, and when its done is when the candle is reversed, basically impossible to be profitable there. would not recommend!

Tuve una experiencia muy positiva con Aqua Futures. La plataforma es fluida y fácil de usar, con reglas claras y bien estructuradas que hacen que el proceso de evaluación sea directo.
