I spent about a week and a half in the evaluation phase before I hit the daily loss limit of 2.5% and they closed the account instantly, 3/5 will be throwing money away again

Support/Customer Care: The support is THE worst I have ever seen, they will gaslight you, ignore you, close tickets on you without solving the problem, when you ask them to clearly state their rules they will tell you „its common knowledge“. They will DELETE your messages in discord when you ask about payouts. They will BAN you if you write in the chat that you didnt get your payout. News Trading, isn’t stated in the Rules.
Resumen
They rejected my payout and BREACHED my account. When I asked them why they just sent me a link to their FAQ without answering my questions. After going back and forth with the support for over 30min he just said „You traded News“ and closed the Ticket. When I asked him to show me which news I traded he simply ignored me. I had to threaten them to request a chargeback on my credit card, crash the trustpilot, etc.. ONLY THEN, he said he will talk to his superior. Answer was:“ The account will be restored but the profits from the News will be removed.“ FAST FORWARD TO TODAY: I did NOT get my account and I did NOT get my Payout. When I try to ask about the payout, contact other people that requested one, or write anything that sheds a bad light on them they will simply BAN me.
