MyForexFunds has opened the next phase of its process and launched a submission form for users covered by the latest update. The firm has also introduced a Case ID system for tracking submissions.

What Happened

In an update published on August 27, 2026, MyForexFunds said the submission window will remain open for one month, after which it will begin communicating next steps.

Who Is Affected

The form is available to users who held an active account, as defined in the form, at the time operations were frozen on August 29, 2023.

The announcement applies across the following programs:

• Evaluation
• Accelerated
• Rapid

What the Submission Form Is For

MyForexFunds stated that the form is for data collection and reconciliation only.

Submitting the form does not constitute a determination of eligibility or outcome. The firm said next steps for each account will be communicated at a later stage.

Case Tracking and Response Timeline

After submitting the form, users will automatically receive a Case ID, which can be used to track the submission through the Official MFF Case Tracker.

Due to the expected volume of submissions, MyForexFunds said it aims to provide an initial update within three to four weeks of submission.

Reward Disbursements Remain Ongoing

Separately, MyForexFunds said reward disbursements for funded accounts with positive equity at the time of the freeze remain ongoing.

According to the firm, rewards continue to be issued as trader information is received and verified.

Submission Requirements

MyForexFunds instructed users to provide complete and accurate information when submitting the form.

The firm stated that submissions found to be false, embellished, or otherwise misleading will be set aside and will not be taken forward.
