Inactivity Rule:

• All accounts will be deactivated after 30 days of inactivity. To avoid deactivation, log in and maintain an active connection. Once deactivated, accounts cannot be restored.

All or Nothing:

• All or nothing practices are prohibited.

Average Trade Duration:

• Traders must ensure that the average duration of all their trades exceeds 2minutes. It is required that at least 50% of your requested profit comes from trades that exceed 2 minutes. At least 50% of your gross generated profits (profits above the initial account balance) for qualified accounts, or total targeted profits for evaluations, must come from trades that exceed 2 minutes. If the total profit from all trades lasting less than 2 minutes, including those taken while the account was below its initial balance, exceeds 50% of that amount, the rule will be breached.
• If you pass the evaluation but breach this rule, you will be required to restart the evaluation from Phase 1. If this breach occurs during the qualified stage, all profits made will be removed, and the account will be reset to its initial balance.

Prohibited trading strategies include:

• Taking advantage of unrealistic prices or trade opportunities, such as exploiting mispricing or front-running price feeds

• Latency trading

• Arbitrage trading

• High-frequency trading

• Reverse trading/group hedging

• Spamming the order book

• Group trading/signal following

• Additionally, account management services are not allowed: all accounts and trades must be handled by the trader whose name is on the account.

News Trading on Qualified Analyst Accounts:

• Allowed only for Swing accounts, However, if a trade is initiated within 2 minutes before or up to 2 minutes after a news release (a 4-minute window), its duration must exceed 2 minutes for the trade to be valid.
• For Alpha Direct, Alpha One, and Alpha Pro: Trading around high-impact news is restricted to 5 minutes before or after the news release. News trading is allowed in all evaluation program without any restriction.

Copy Trading:

• Allowed, personal accounts only. Proof of ownership is required if Alpha capital account is to be treated as slave. MT5 only
• Alpha Capital's partnership with Prop Firm One enables you to extend your copy trading capabilities even further. PF1 allows traders to seamlessly copy trades across different proprietary firm accounts within a single platform, offering increased flexibility and a broader range of opportunities. Expert Advisors:

• EAs designed solely for trade management are approved for use. Automated EAs that execute trades independently, without human oversight, are strictly prohibited and will not be approved under any circumstances. Expert Advisors (EAs) are allowed for trading on the MT5 Platform, there is currently no EA functionality for cTrader, DX Trade and TradeLocker accounts.
• Drawdown Adjustment Rule for Alpha One Accounts: If your X% trailing Max Drawdown resets to the initial balance after reaching a X% profit, maintain a profit buffer to keep trading. Withdrawing all profits will result in account closure.

Account rolling:

• (full risk on assessment or qualified accounts to either pass or fail &/or a large quantity of accounts passing & failing within a short timeframe is prohibited. Previous failed accounts are taken into consideration)

Qualified Analyst Allocation Rules:

• $300,000 is the MAXIMUM allocation per trading strategy on a Qualified Analyst Account. "strategy" is defined as the assets themselves. ​

• Accounts below $50,000 ($5k, $10k, and $25k): 3%
• Accounts of $50,000 and above ($50k, $100k, and $200k): 2%

$10k = Max 2.5 lots

• $25k = Max 5 lots

• $2.5k = Max 1.25 lots
• $5k = Max 2.5 lots

• $300k = Max 120 lots

Biweekly Payout (Alpha Pro)

• To request your first performance fee:

  • A minimum of 5 trading days using the same trading strategy is required.
    Performance fees can be requested every 14 days thereafter.
    Minimum withdrawal: $100 in gross profits.

On-Demand Payout

• Traders can request a performance fee at any time, provided they meet the applicable requirements for their plan.

Alpha Pro, Alpha Swing, & Alpha One

• Comply with the 40% Best Day Rule.
• Achieve a minimum of 2% gross profit on the account balance.

Alpha Direct

• Reach a 3% profit buffer.
• Earn an additional 1% gross profit after the profit buffer (effectively 4% total profit before the first payout request).
• Comply with the 15% Best Day Rule.
