I have been an Alpha Capital Group customer for approximately 18 months. During this time, I successfully completed evaluations, passed identity verification interviews, received multiple payouts and maintained a funded $100,000 account, alongside another $100,000 account in the evaluation phase. On 28 October 2026, Alpha Capital terminated my accounts and withheld my pending payout, accusing me of managing or accessing other traders’ accounts. The allegation is based on an MT5 device CID that Alpha claims was also associated with 12 other users. I strongly deny managing accounts for other people, sharing credentials, or trading on behalf of anyone else. I have always used the same VPS and IP address throughout my relationship with Alpha. This was also the setup I used during my identity verification interview, when I logged into MT5 and demonstrated my trading activity to their team through screen sharing. I have provided invoices proving that I purchased and paid for my VPS. Despite my cooperation, Alpha has not provided specific evidence showing that I accessed, controlled or traded any of the other accounts. A matching device identifier alone does not demonstrate who was operating an account or prove that account management took place. The situation is particularly concerning because I have lost access to my dashboard and trading history, making it difficult to retrieve my own records and properly defend myself. My previous successful verification interviews and payouts also appear to have been disregarded. I have repeatedly requested a genuine manual review and a clear explanation of the evidence supporting the accusation. However, the responses have simply repeated the CID allegation and confirmed that the decision is final, without addressing my explanations or providing sufficient details. I have also seen a recent public testimonial from another trader who reportedly had a historical CID flag overturned following a manual review. This suggests that individual circumstances can be examined rather than treating a CID match as conclusive proof. I am asking Alpha Capital Group to conduct a fair, independent manual review, provide specific evidence of the alleged misconduct, restore access to my records and release any payout legitimately owed to me. After 18 months of cooperation and successful payouts, I believe I deserve a transparent and evidence-based explanation rather than an accusation based solely on a device identifier.

Alpha Capital Group is an interesting option for traders looking for a prop firm with a structured evaluation process. I appreciate the focus on risk management and trading discipline. However, I believe traders should carefully review the drawdown limits, trading restrictions, payout conditions, and other rules before purchasing a challenge. For me, transparency, fair trading conditions, reliable payouts, and consistent customer support are the most important factors when choosing a prop firm. Overall, Alpha Capital Group is worth considering, but I would recommend doing your own research and comparing it with other established prop firms before making a decision.

Had a historical CID flag on my account, but after a proper, honest appeal detailing my situation, they manually reviewed it, overturned the ban, and approved the payout super fast! #1 100% fair firm that stands by honest traders. Had my first payout, it took a little longer than expected because with your first payout you need to complete an interview. After the interview the payout was sent to me within 48 hours. after the first payout there should be no more waiting than 48H max after your request. my experience with them has been amazing if you have questions about something ask them in their discord and you will have a fast reply, if there is an issue about anything else like payment or your account is locked just email them and they will respond really quickly. great firm!
